I have been going here for 3 months now. I have a trainer Saydi she is the best. She pushes me to hit the goals I have set for myself. Very personal. I would recommend her to everyone. So if your looking for a trainer she's the one

Clean- nice gym- just wish they opened earlier both during the week and weekends. Thinking about changing gyms because of their hours and the other mountainsides (the ones near me) are way too crowded all of the time

we had a membership at another place for a year but we haven't really used, it was very close to our house, but then again, without considering some important factors like : cleanliness or sanitation,kid's friendly, I mean for those that has to bring their kids with them, different types of classes you would be interested to join, etc. Unfortunately that said gymn failed in all those criteria. Way to expensive super sad because it's a nice place and the people there are nice but they don't care about people getting healthy they just care about the money. You literally have you pay to use one of their lockers! You pay for everything besides a little dinky water bottle and a towel for wipe your sweat off. Never going to go back to this place again.

We do offer Executive lockers for a monthly fee which include laundry service, a daily water bottle and towel. Mountainside Fitness in Surprise is the nicest Gym in the Surprise area and they employ the best trainer in the State maybe even the entire world Troy Sienkiewicz! I have been working out with Troy for about 4 years and with his guidance and motivation I have made huge gains in strength and overall physical fitness. My son has also been working out with Troy. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny. It's always clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I get personal training twice a week with Mac and he is absolutely amazing. I've struggled with getting back into it and my own personal issues and he's been nothing but understanding. He's tailored his workouts to fit what I want to achieve and never questions it. "You only have 1 body! Might as well make it good" It honestly took me awhile to jump on board getting a gym membership. I'm so glad I made the leap and checked this place out as intimidated I was being in a new gym with new people. Honestly, everyone was so nice when i first walked in with my husband and my toddler. Besides all the great classes, high tech machines and amenities, the staff is super friendly and my children LOVE the kids place. I think that's what sets this gym a part from all the rest. I mean, my kids beg every day to go. They're my motivation when I don't want to workout;) The best part about the gym however, is how the manager listens when you make a request or have any issue.
