If you send your loved ones here, that is the biggest mistake you are making. The manager of Frisco is so unprofessional and I have no idea how she was hired. The man who works in house E with his nails done, is the worst person I have ever met. These people left bruises on my grandpa- we have a video of him saying they beat him up and he was trying to protect himself. We chose Mustang Creek Estates because they had good ratings as well as the convenient location for family. The room sizes here are adequate for his needs. The director and assistant director do give out their cell numbers, so if there are any issues, I can text them and they are very responsive. I would recommend to others looking.

I had some issues with the director, The care was good but the upper management was not good. The communication was not good and they were hard to get responses from upper management. I would not recommend this community

I would want others to know when looking into Mustang Creek Estates that the facility is very nice. I think some of their ideas they have are good but they do not carry through well. The idea of staff cooking meals everyday sounds good, but seems like it would be more efficient if it was cooked in one building and delivered so that the staff can focus on the residents. I was not impressed with their food, they say it is made from scratch but it is not. The food is not very fresh and seems to be bought frozen.

I am very disappointed in this community. I expected so much more, The food is not good, There is no variety and poor taste. They hire cooks with no cooking experience. I have to spend extra money to provide my mom food because the food is so horrible. The management is not good. The communication is poor. I will text the director and never get a response. I met with [name removed] and her visiting supervisor [name removed] for a tour. I like the set up where everything is close so my Mom won’t have to walk far for activities or meals. They also said they could accommodate an alternative plan to a point for some of the food sensitivities she has if we provide alternative protein for example. We could also have her clothes washed with her own laundry soap. They emphasized on becoming an expert just like me on what my Mom’s needs are. That was reassuring.

The Sachse location Building C is a terrible place for the residents. Mom has experience being locked in her room twice at night, the employee did apologize, placing the phone system on do not disturb, placing call buttons on silent, left in the dining room for hours, using her pull ups for other residents and 3-4 packages of pull -ups provided by family disappearing.
