I wouldn't recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I would also recommend you be aware of a lady named, Lisa, who is in charge. The family feels that Lisa is all about the money and doesn't care about what she puts the family through. The place and other staff were great but the person is charge over everything is Lisa and if she is still in charge of everything then I would move on to another community.

Families need to be proactive in dealing with the staff and expressing their desires for their loved ones. Whenever I come to them with requests, they respond very well. Meals are one of the big pluses, especially for my loved one who can be very particular. The food is good home cooking, with plentiful servings and varied options. She likes that she's able to get her hair styled on site with a hairdresser, which is really a nice service. I had a good tour with Mustang Creek Estates. They did a good job with explaining everything thoroughly and answering my questions. The room sizes here were too small for my loved one and we also did not like how they did the dining.

This is a better location for my loved one but did not have the therapy needs at the level that my loved one needed then.

The exterior looks great but behind that, there is no reason to put your loved one here. They underpay their employees, so there is no loyalty to the company or the people they care for. We have two particular ladies who are outstanding but no one else seems to really give a flip. Employees come and go so quickly - we don't even really get to know anyone. This was a poor experience. There as a care yelled at us because we walked in for the tour unannounced.

We had a nice meeting with a very nice woman who showed us around. We thought the place was just okay. But both my sibling and I were approached separately by two different ladies who were there visiting their respective family members. They told us quietly but very firmly do not let your person live here. One of them mentioned response time of over an hour when the call button is pushed. I was not the biggest fan after talking with them, but my aunt seemed to really like Mustang Creek Estates.

Our loved one was there less then two days and it was just a nightmare,. Our loved one had to be on an oxygen tank 24/7 and the first night they were not able to figure out how it worked. We had made arrangements for the next day to come and move furniture around, when we arrived they had no idea we were even coming. Our loved one had fallen during the night, and no one had notified us. They had a cut on their elbow and was super sore from the fall.
