The house workers are friendly but the employees were not considerate of all the clients' wishes/beliefs/needs. Home cooking does not mean half cooked, raw, doughy, dry. Since when is extremely loud and obnoxious music appropriate for elderly or dementia patients. It is a nice place for someone who needs supervision and companionship. Be aware of improper handling of meds. Listen to your loved ones.

Blatant disregard for any medical training. I you drop medications on the floor, do the paperwork. Do not pick them up and give them to a client. Do not trust them with your loved ones. They feed them raw, dried, doey, undercooked foods. They do not verify weather your loved ones have been taken from their home illegally, against their will and do not have or demand proper documentation to detain people against their will when they have their own home and personal loving care at their home. I believe I am getting good value for the price. Staff is very friendly and I have not had any major concerns. My mom is very happy there her only re occurring complaint is lost laundry. I worry about her bathing schedule, as she says she doesn't always get a shower. Staff says she gets a shower 3 times a week, my mom is in memory care so I can't fully trust her her opinion

We’ve had a really good experience with getting my mom settled in to Mustang Creek. Other than a few little bumps we’ve had an easy time. The people there are so friendly and are willing to help however they can.

A good value for the price. The staff is a mix of really good people, and of course those who are just collecting a paycheck. I would seriously consider Mustang Creek if I had another family member needing assisted living.

We visited Mustang Creek Estates earlier this week. The staff was very kind and helpful in answering our questions and providing a tour of the facility. The staff has been great to work with, quick to return calls and provide information. It is not the right place for our dad for now as he does not need assisted care at this time.

Mustang Creek Estates was horrible I would not recommend them to anyone. They have insufficient staffing and are untrained.

Our staff also goes through extensive training monthly to provide high quality care for our residents. Communication has been the biggest issue. I live in Florida and I was told I would be notified if my grandmother was getting low on anything. Yet she ran out of supplies before I was notified. The director is impossible to get a hold of unless I email the customer service line and get someone else involved. There have been issues with items disappearing but the staff has been able to locate them. I purchased a mattress protector but was removed and thus the mattress ruined. They were nice It just seemed understaffed One thing that did was leave their building at night and congregate at one house. Thought that was not safe. Room was never kept clean AC went out, burned out and no one noticed The food was minimal Came in once and he was laying on a mattress with no sheets and cold Flooring is a huge danger has lifted transition piece in hall that residents have to maneuver it It is where he fell
