Mustang Creek Estates has been a great place for my elderly mother. The Director and staff have done everything they can to make my mom feel at home. Her private room is cleaned at least once a week. They wash her sheets and clothes and help her with daily bathing. Mom doesn't have to worry about food, because they cook three meals a day for all the residents. The activity director plans monthly activities which sometimes include leaving the property. A nurse comes to check on mom twice a week and she also has a nurse pract... read more

Mustang Creek Estates is an amazing place. My mother moved to Texas from Ohio and I was not aware of the level of her dementia. We were able to place her in this residential home. It feels more like a home than a assisted living facility. The people are all very nice and willing to go the extra mile to help guide you through a process at a critical time. Mustang Creek is a beautiful community. My mom is very happy there. She loves the fact that she feels like she lives in a real home and not a large, multi-floor community with lots of different staff members. The staff at Mustang Creek are very friendly and communicative. I live in another state and they always keep me updated on my mom and also what is going on in the community. My mom is 92 yrs young....never meets a stranger! She was 81 when we moved her from her Granbury lake home....to Frisco! She never referred her transition to an Assisted Living....told everyone she moved into a Sorority House! Loved most activities..especially taking bus to McKinney for Senior Dances...she still relives those memories from AL. My initial contact as well as follow up personal meeting was with Chris in sales. I also met the administrator, other staff members and many of the residents. Everyone was warm and friendly and it didn't take long to know I had found the new home for my mom! I chose this facility because of the location as well as it's more of a homey environment than other places I’ve toured. When you walk in, someone is always there to greet you. I really love the fact that all of the staff members know your name. They also know all of the residents, where they’re at, and what they’re doing. Everyone is just so attentive. Mom seems to be adjusting well to living at this community. The staff have been helpful and encouraging. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. They offer daily activities and the community is well maintained. I would recommend this community.
