My husband was a resident of Mustang Creek Estates memory care house from[date removed] until his passing in[date removed]. I began my search for memory care for my husband in the fall of 2023. At that time, [name removed] reached out to me and gave me some information but I was not ready to make a decision at that time. I have a loved one who is currently a resident. He seems very happy with the facility. The team is caring of the residents. They keep the facility clean and make delicious meals daily! If you need to find a place that feels like home, this is a great place to start.

Staff is great. All appear to be concerned about their residents. Administrative and programming are very helpful, understanding and easy to communicate with. Doing some difficult situations with mother they have been very considerate and willing to help in anyway they can. Facilities are clean, secure and the meals are appropriate and timely. I appreciate what this facility has done for my mother at this point. I would not hesitate to recommend Mustang Creek Estates.
The caregivers are so sweet to my mom and the other residents there. Means so much to my wife and I.

Good for the price but understaffed. My mother falls at least once a week and is usually dirty when I visit because she is difficult to bathe. The staff are kind but have heavy attrition. Would be better with lower staff to resident ratio, even if unskilled just to monitor residents.
The staff and the aides at Mustang Creek are professional and friendly. My mom has had many health issues and they have been right on top of everything for her. The house and kitchen are always clean and my mom’s room is always maintained. Cannot recommend Mustang Creek enough!

Salesman was very informative, supportive & kind. Move in was a bit shakey but turned out great. The house my mom is I. Has quite a few I. Hospital beds. Probably would have liked to have her in a more social house but they do work to keep her entertained.

My uncle moved to Mustang Creek Estates a few months ago. So far, we have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the layout of the different buildings. We like that there are separate units on the campus to choose from depending on the residents' needs. Plus, the seniors get a lot of individual, positive attention since each unit houses a small group of seniors. Overall, my uncle has made an easy transition from living on his own to living at Mustang Creek, and we have been very pleased.

[name removed] (sales director) was so kind and caring. My Mom fell at a different facility. [name removed] was quick to give her an ice pack and he checked on her all that day and the next day! (Even though it had nothing to do with his facility.) He was quick to help us with any questions we had and to facilitate info we needed done.
