We visited Mustang Creek Estates earlier this week. The staff was very kind and helpful in answering our questions and providing a tour of the facility. The staff has been great to work with, quick to return calls and provide information. It is not the right place for our dad for now as he does not need assisted care at this time.

Mustang Creek was an excellent place for Mom and her kitties after her fall in the preceding months at independent living. As Mom’s physical and mental health were failing, the staff tailored to her changing needs and worked with hospice to provide a caring environment. Mom especially liked the food and kindness she experienced in her stay.

Communication has been the biggest issue. I live in Florida and I was told I would be notified if my grandmother was getting low on anything. Yet she ran out of supplies before I was notified. The director is impossible to get a hold of unless I email the customer service line and get someone else involved. There have been issues with items disappearing but the staff has been able to locate them. I purchased a mattress protector but was removed and thus the mattress ruined. We picked this community, because it is cleaner, newer,nicer, friendlier, Reasonably priced & [name removed] is very good covering everything!!!I would tell a friend, that they don't need to look anywhere else we looked at multiple places and Mustang was the nicest & most Economical

What we like the most about the community is that the people did not force him into things, and were kind. My dad was under the illusion that he was in a condo, and maintaining his independence. Mustang Creek was selected because he was able to continue to act (in his mind) like he was maintaining his own household.

The staff at Mustang Creek Estates Frisco are always willing to go above and beyond for the residents and the family members. It is a very inviting facility. I feel very confident that my mother-in-law is being well taken care of there. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others, no questions about it!

Everyone at Mustang Creek is super helpful, courteous, and experienced. They were extremely gracious in answering all of my questions. All of the staff has been very friendly.

Our family had an in person tour with Mustang Creek Estates and from everything we saw and what we were able to see of the community, it was excellent but it was just to expensive which is why we did not choose to for our family .

We did get off to a rocky start because my loved ones care needs progressed quickly, but overall they have been great to work with. The staff are very sweet and call with any updates, they seem to really genuinely care about the residents. I would absolutely recommend Mustang Creek Estates Frisco to other families.
