They have done fantastic. I think they should have a ten out of five! We love them, and couldn't be happier. We have been overwhelmed with the amount of stuff they have going on. He is really happy there. We looked at other places, but this was pretty much our first choice.

We toured here and it went very well. When I was there I just felt a peace of mind that I haven't felt anywhere else. It's very homey, and very nice. I just loved it. The people there are extremely friendly. It's a very comfortable place.

It will always stay the same. I only left my husband there for 6 days before I moved him. It sounds good in the beginning and the price and it was close to my home but I would, NEVER recommend it. The caregivers are not qualified and do very little caregiving. They are also required to do the cooking, etc. No wonder it's hard to keep help. There was 1 nurse for all 5 houses and she was not always on site. [name removed] was really the only good thing about Mustang Creek.
The care services is a 3 only because my mom is high needs and is really more than they are designed for not really a knock on them. The daytime staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The activity director is so cute and really works hard to have a variety of things for the residents. The director has been good about responding and addressing needs and questions. They are up front and honest with their communication.
If your family member needs a lot of attention or extra care, place them elsewhere.
My brother lived at this facility for about eight months. During that time, there were some significant management changes, including the departure of the executive director and a high level of staff turnover in the last few months of his stay. Despite those challenges, the acting directors from the corporate office were responsive, efficient, and worked to address concerns as they arose. Great facility overall and very clean. The activities available for residents do not seem to be widely promoted, which is unfortunate. There also appears to be a high amount of staff turnover. Most staff members I’ve encountered have been amazing and caring, though I did witness one employee making fun of residents, which was disappointing. Communication could also be clearer regarding how often residents receive assistance with showering and laundry services.

Overall experience was poor at best. The quality of care and the admin side is poor...way too much turnover in staff. Food service was sketchy and wasn't provided on a regular basis. Too much is asked of the staff members who show for work. I would not recommend to others. Way too expensive for this experience.
