This community was okay but it did not give me that feeling that I was looking for. The friendliness and more made me feel at home.

I was not the biggest fan after talking with them, but my aunt seemed to really like Mustang Creek Estates.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because he needed memory care and the value for the money is good compared to others we looked at. They offer shared and private rooms and they are good size and have large bathrooms. They are home cooked meals that are very good and it is great quality, fresh foods. The staff really care for their residents and the care is personalized since it is a smaller facility. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because they had good ratings as well as the convenient location for family. The room sizes here are adequate for his needs. The director and assistant director do give out their cell numbers, so if there are any issues, I can text them and they are very responsive. I would recommend to others looking.

I was pleasantly surprised by this community. We looked at a lot of places, and she really likes that the community felt like home. It's a smaller facility and that made her feel comfortable. The facility is also a great value. I would recommend this community.

The community has gorgeous landscape and the living spaces are very nice. The staff have been friendly and congenial My loved one is confined to a wheelchair and requires two people to transfer and many times she waits over 30 minutes for restroom assistance. She, sometimes, need to go out into the hallway to find help. Overall, it has been good there, it is just that there are a few glitches to fix.

Mustang Creek Estates has been a great place for my elderly mother. The Director and staff have done everything they can to make my mom feel at home. Her private room is cleaned at least once a week. They wash her sheets and clothes and help her with daily bathing. Mom doesn't have to worry about food, because they cook three meals a day for all the residents. Mustang Creek is a beautiful community. My mom is very happy there. She loves the fact that she feels like she lives in a real home and not a large, multi-floor community with lots of different staff members. The staff at Mustang Creek are very friendly and communicative. I live in another state and they always keep me updated on my mom and also what is going on in the community. My mom is 92 yrs young....never meets a stranger! She was 81 when we moved her from her Granbury lake home....to Frisco! She never referred her transition to an Assisted Living....told everyone she moved into a Sorority House! Loved most activities..especially taking bus to McKinney for Senior Dances...she still relives those memories from AL.
