My husband escaped 2 times from this community and the community was not giving him his correct medicine causing him to irract. I would not recommend this community to others. After we moved they charged us an extra month due to not giving a 30-day notice but they wouldn't take him back.

The common areas were clean. The resident's rooms weren't as clean as other parts of the community, specifically the bathrooms were filthy. There was a major turnover of staff, and not enough staff for the residents in the house. The staff the community hired was under qualified for memory care residents.

I would tell my friends, that if your parent is in a hospice situation, then I wouldn't recommend this community. I would suggest to stick with the a more clinical environment for hospice . I feel it was a dark situation. For the amount of money, they seemed to have a strict contract. I felt intimated by speaking up with the contract. I wanted to try to negate my contract with the community, and I didn't get the feeling they would be willing to assist me.

My mother was in this lousy facility less than 2 months when she passed away. They were directed to call 911 at 9:15 am. They finally called at 10:53 after she was deceased. I was lied to several times about the situation and circumstances by different staff members. My mother weighed about 130 when she arrived but only weighed 110 at the time of her death. What I thought was a blessing ended up being a complete nightmare!

Just moved out. Did not get the care we were told. Could not recommend to anyone! Also the housekeeping has a lot to be desired. Understaffed. Often only 1 person has to cook, clean, do laundry, caregive.

My family member was first in Memory care due to room availability then moved to Class1 home. There have been some issues that the staff is addressing. Management has made improvements for the best care. Staff is friendly and willing to assist both the family member and client. Mustang prepares 3 well balanced meals daily and assists clients with bathing room cleaning and meds. The pharmacy they use is more expensive but pills are packaged for convenience. There is no consistency as to when they put my mother in law to bed. One night it might be 10:30 and the next it could be as early as 6:30 at night. We have told them she is a fall factor and one night when they put her to bed they left her shoes in the middle of the floor for her to trip over. I could say more but will leave it at that for now.

Overall 4 stars. Good value. Like most places they struggle with staffing issues, but have been good about covering the requirements.
