In the beginning, this was a great fit but the recent turnover has us questioning our decision. We feel that they are understaffed at the moment but the folks they do have are quialfied. Communication is good and they do return our calls quickly.

We were able to do a couple of window visits with our loved one. The community wouldn't allow outside caretakes such as hospice into the community for our loved one. My loved one was there for a short amount of time prior to their passing. Everything was nice in the way the staff treated our loved one. They must have automatic payments withdrawn each month. Mustang Creek is a smaller community with 16 rooms. I would recommend as a smaller community for your loved one.

Three things. 1) When we finally did get to go in person to see my loved one, every time we came for an appointment, they never got her ready for our visit. 2) She was never in her own clothes. When we saw her, she was always in somebody else's clothes. 3) While she was there, she developed bed sores and pneumonia, and became completely bedridden within 3 months. Visitation has been challenging with covid, but we have had a great partnership with our families and have been following all CDC guidelines on visits. We chose Mustang Creek Estates because of its location and it had a good reputation. To me, they do seem a little short staffed and we have had some communication issues which is difficult because we cannot go in during covid. At this point, I would recommend.

Runaway from this community, We had a billing issue with the community after we moved out and they continued to charge us. The lack of care from this community was bad. I would definitely recommend this community to others

They promised a lot of things and they did not follow through. I was told that there was a chef there is not a chef so I take her meals and snacks all the time. It is very hard to keep track of her items. Her items are missing and half the time she is in other peoples clothes when I see her. And on top of it they just raised the price. Overall, I would rethink it, we have not had the best experience.

The staff that was there was very friendly the issue was that there was not enough staff. There was a time that there was no one at the facility to take care of the residence. I would not recommend this community to others.
