My account was settled at *****% and they still charged me high fees!!! A friend used a different company and they waived their fees when unable to reach a settlement in the range initially quoted.

I'd give them a 0 rating if possible. I signed up with them 6 months ago. Now, I understand things take time, but I sent them every single communication from my creditors and they only treated with one of them. One has escalated to a court summons and still nothing is being done. I have sent the required money every month. There was a settlement 3 months ago with one creditor. Supposedly they would be saving me almost 25%. Terrific, you say? I thought so too, until I saw the money in the account shrink to absolutely nothing!... read more

I signed up for a free consultation. It immediately said I didn't qualify, I moved on and now I'm getting a phone call from an automated NDR thing literally 5 times a day, I have called now 4 times and requested to remove my number, I've blocked the number but for some reason their calls keep going through. I have told them 4 times to delete my number from the system, each person keeps saying they will but they keep calling. I didn't care I didn't qualify but harassing me with phone calls is absolutely annoying and not a goo... read more

I was really happy with the program until I was offered a "early graduation" with a consolidation loan. Now instead of being debt free in 2 1/2 years, I now have 6 years and double the amount I have to pay back with nearly the same amount of a biweekly payment. This is because I now have 24% interest to pay on the remaining balance. This is sickening. I would recommend the program but NEVER fall for the "early graduation" offer. I have no idea why this is even an option. I am so disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should hav... read more

I never speak to the same person. I always have to repeat myself for things I told were noted in my account. I have to start recording my calls, because someone told me I would "never" be sued and "that doesn't happen" and apparently I can't request those records because it's for internal use only. They use the rest of your deposit that should accrue in your account to pay for fees instead of keeping it to negotiate with other creditors. Current payment 559/month and my one creditor takes 338, yet somehow I have 0$ in my acc... read more

I swear I enrolled in this scam company like 10 years ago and was told I would be debt free in a couple of years. I finally talked to someone in customer service and asked what I would owe in one lump sum to just pay all my account in full. That was like 1 year ago. They gave me a dollar figure of like $8000. I paid the $8000 based on what they told me. My savings went down to like $4000 and none of my accounts were paid off. My money was just sitting there in what they call a savings account. Finally it dawned on me that it... read more

Don't do it!! They will destroy your credit while you end up paying all the money anyway. They talk smoothly and know how to legally steal from you. Don't do it!

Please read the contract very carefully, theres a lot of false promises over phone calls. Key words that are very tricky, estimated time adds years extra to what had been initially mentioned . When they say we save you money and try to settle for 50 percent its a LIE. Ill end up paying thousands over what I had stated the program with. The estimated time its now over 12 months on top of what they gave me, this is making payments on time. Very important they will assure you its ok to miss a payment or two , ITS NOT. That will... read more
