Didnt understand their fees upon execution of the plans for me
Ive been with them 6 months and I have nothing but bad experiences from the program consultants to the 3 **** I have spoken to. My first settlement was cancelled. The only reason they have 2 settlements going is because I HAVE SENT THEM SETTLEMENT OFFERS! I worked for a debt settlement company for 7 years!! I know how it works and the **** just lie to you. I joined National Debt Relief to help manage my credit card debts, trusting their promises to negotiate lower settlements. However, they charged me high fees, stopped communicating properly, and several creditors took me to court even while I was in their program. I had to handle legal actions on my own and pay extra court costs.

I started the program in 2024. It started great then I started getting subpoenas from left or right. My low balance ended up to be triple the amount the last three credit cards I ended up negotiating with the creditors Myself I dont recommend this program to anyone very unhappy with them When I started negotiating my own debt and started asking for my money back. to pay for the credit cards I negotiated myself since since I had funds on my account they just kept coming up with excuse after excuse to why they couldnt provide ... read more

If you're thinking about utilizing *** please do not. They don't explain how their business work at the beginning to get you to sign up with their business. There process for handling your debt is horrible. Not clearing up debt until you're getting sued by a creditor which leaves you paying for the creditors lawyer fees, increased debt and interest and getting paid on your debt percentage wise.

Signed up initially in November of 2024, started out good, eased my anxiety. If I dont check my account daily I never would know to call the company. I dont receive phone calls or emails like I should. Only time they call is if you leaves bad review. Ask questions and they can never give answers just because we can very poor communication. Would not recommend!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. I was in the program for a year and paid thousands of dollars that did not decrease my debt at all. I still ended up filing for bankruptcy which I wish I would have done in the first place. It was cheaper and faster. All *** did was steal my money and ruin my credit score with false hope and promises that they were helping me.
