This company is a complete scam. They negotiated about 25% off my balances, only to turn around and charge that exact amount back in fees. End result? Im basically paying the full balance anyway. On top of that, they flat-out lied to me on the very first recorded call, promising my credit wouldnt be destroyedyet my score tanked.They keep pressuring me to add more funds to the program, even though I signed up based on what they said Id already be paying. I have been with *** for almost three years and the customer service has been uneven at best. You do not have a representative or team assigned to you and many of agents use aggressive, heavy-handed methods to deliver information. Most recently, I was able to put additional funds into my account to pay off the remaining accounts and have been met with resistance a majority of the time. So I applied for their program back in 2023. It was explained well and originally told me that there would be negotiation fees but they would be included within the payments I was making. They made me feel very comfortable in their ability to resolve my debt issues. I was asked late last year (Nov 24) that I would need to increase my payments due to a late settlement made. Poorly! Their customer service *** told me the loan payments would now stop. They did but didn't stop. The loan companies told me they could not access their monthly payments. However, the bank account is empty just as if they took their payments. When I called *** I was told I had a new customer service ***, not the one I had when I signed up. I called this company to possibly obtain a debt consolidation loan. They told me that they primarily pay portions of debt then write off the rest. I told them that I did not want to do that. I wanted a debt consolidation loan. They asked me what some of my previous addresses were. I told them a few and they said they did not have that information and said they were going to throw out my information and Good Luck. I didn't even give them my information to find out anything else. Very very rude !

I was completely satisfied with the customer service! However, I was not happy with the final payoff amount, which was based on an accumulated interest balance of $12,165.58, rather than the enrolled debt amount of $10,638.00. If I had known this, I would have chosen to pay off the creditor myself and maintain a good standing with them. Additionally, I was unaware that it would take longer than one year to reach a settlement, which negatively impacted my credit score.
