I made financial mistakes, and hired a law firm to help me file for bankruptcy. I was left to do everything and wasn't given clear guidance on how to complete the steps. They were very easy to talk to. But they really didn't explain how this works. They let all my payments go late. I was never late on payments. It makes me sick to my stomach. I'm wondering if this is legitimate. I asked when they were going to pay and they just went silent and don't answer. I'm now worried they have my SSN and it's not legit.

Right now, I am "not too happy"...I was told not to pay any of my bills on the list, yet 2 of them still took money out of my account which was a total of $400 dollars and now I have to pay National Debt too!! I got screwed!!! No one told me that they would still take money out.

***** didn't even update my banking number after being on the phone for 30 minutes. He was very nice! All he did was add the payment. I keep getting emails wanting me to sign a document that he said it was spam and not to sign. What is going on with this company? Are you legitimate? Because a company this size seems very sloppy and unprofessional!! I am very worried!

They lie, take double payments, hours on phone fixing there mistakes. misrepresenting what they do and never do what they say. Say they call creditors and they do not call!! Got served with papers because they didnt do the job they said they would. Bad experience all around. Would warn everyone to stay clear of them!!

Buyer beware! They make you feel all warm and fuzzy! Then they pull the rug from underneath you and your flat on your back! So far they have not made good of their promises! It's been 6 months! And only one out of five have been " relieved "We are very disappointed!

Beware!!!! I had perfect credit when I was contacted by national debt relief.They made it sound so great. I had never been late on a payment and had good credit. I was pay 2k in credit cards bills per month. They told me that they could cut that to half. What they didn't say was for the first 4 months I was going to pay them monthly payments and they were going to let my accounts go delinquent and ruin my critics score.
