I signed up recently for the program and was told to stop all auto pays and not to pay the creditors. I’ve had zero communication from NDR and creditors are starting to reach out sending emails. Have you sent the creditors any information? I should be copied an any communication, it feels like I may have made a mistake.
Business response:
Hi *****,Thank you for reaching out and we understand your concern. As discussed at enrollment, the timeline for negotiations to begin is about 4-6 months. This is because the accounts need to build delinquency to qualify for settlements and your dedicated savings account must build funds in order to pay for settlements. A member of our client success team will be happy to review your program if you please give us a call at ************. We look forward to assisting you and helping you on your debt relief journey! These jerks keep contacting me from different numbers when I told them I wasn’t interested in their services. It’s at least 3x’s a week, because I block them every time they use a different number through their system. ProTip: if this happens to you, call the number back. If it’s a busy signal, it’s them, and just block it. They also call you from a number with your same area code. Total creeps and clearly a scam. Never give them your phone number.
Business response:
Hi ******,Thank you for reaching out to let us know. We do not cold call anyone and stop contacting once requested. There are known cases of scammers pretending to be NDR, so please be cautious of that. If you do believe you are actually being called by NDR, please give our success team a call at ************ and reference your complaint and request to be put on the do not call list. Additionally, we will investigate this internally.Sincerely,National Debt Relief
These Reviews Are Hella Scary!!! But I’m Just Trusting GOD!!! Very New To This….I’ll Do Another Review In 3-6 Months????????????????
Just do not do it. You will be paying 23% in fees on EACH settlement. Then they will try to get you on with some loan company, you will dumbly say yes to... Just to be paying back at the original amount that was trying to get resolved. Just do not, and try to settle yourself. Its a waste of money & they do not care about your personal wellbeing.
I can not even begin to say how horrible this experience has been. They have definitely not helped my situation at all. They did not even start negotiations until I received a summons. Settled most of my debt at 75% of balance which is where it was when I started with them. Beware of all the fees they tack on. Asking me constantly if I can deposit more funds. Then today they passed me off to a lender who says they can take care of all my accounts and possibly repair my credit for even more than I owed a year ago when I start... read more

I started out with $12,000 in debt I paid them $500 a month and they got rid of the two $3000 credit cards at good savings. My $6000 credit card gained $2000 interest and then they got turned into a collection agency and they’re charging the whole 8000 and want me to pay it off in two years and so I’m declaring bankruptcy thanks to NDR

Worst decision I ever made. I enrolled with the intent of taking control of my debt. At the time I was still making the minimum monthly payment to the two accounts enrolled, but it was not lowering my balance and was difficult to pay both accounts every month. When I reached out they explained how they would be negotiating within 3 months of enrolling, but that’s not actually how the program works. They don't tell you a thing about how the process is supposed to work and prey on young people who just want help. You are instr... read more
