RUN, RUN far away & fast from this place! I was lied to! 3 years and 30 thousand dollars later and our credit cards are NOT paid off! Like only had $50 thousand in credit card debt in the first place so any "settlements" this company gets for you, they take that plus some in "fees" like more than half our cards that were actually settled this companies "fees" were MORE than the settlement amount! This program has been one of the worst things that has ever happened to me. So far, 8 of my 12 accounts have been “settled” over several years, and I have paid more than $3,000 OVER my original debt amount for these settlements. This last creditor they are working with, they actually gave me wrong legal advice, telling me I didn’t need to go to court, but then no one showed up on my behalf, resulting in a judgement for over the full amount. Not so sure what to expect- I signed up for the program and now I can’t get anyone to reply to my emails? So I tried to get back with my original loan processor and it’s been crickets- just telling the truth- I was also told that I had a case manager and they would be reaching out to me and I have not heard anything from this individual either- I’m a little Leary to be honest.
Save yourself from the stress and headaches they'll cause you. This program ruins your credit, they let accounts go to collections so they can negotiate better but you just get sued and end up paying prolly more. You think they nice based on your first conversation with them but your experiencie during the program will be stressfull expending your time on the phone talking to them and requesting for supervisors

If you sign up with this company be aware that their settlement fee will come out first and it is 24% of the settlement. So all moneys put up front will be taken for fees. Not for the debt.BUYER BEWARE
RUN!! They took their money out of my.payments first... 25% of each card balances and lots of fees. Once they had their money they referred me to a bank **************** Reach charged me a $350 application fee without telling me there would be a fee and their interest is high. I now owe more than I did ten months ago. They don't work for you just their pockets.

National Debt Relief did not payoff one of my credit cards and has negatively impacted my credit score for years. When I called to inquire they stated "it was paid". Even thou Experian clearly states it still is negatively impacting my credit. Do not use this company!!!!

At the beginning NDR was wonderful and did the job they were supposed to do. It wasnt until we got to the last creditor that need to be settled that they dropped the ball. Numerous times I contacted them regarding the last one and they continued to tell me they would not settle. NDR finally sent me a letter saying they were closing that account. The man that I spoke with didnt make it every clear on what I was getting into thought it was going to be a debt relief loan but needed up trying to talk me into do a debt settlement which is not guaranteed and he said that my payments would be a lot less and downplayed my concerns and made me feel belittled like he wanted me to be ignorant
