National Debt Relief solved my credit card debt with professionalism beyond my best expectations. I was skeptical that the promises made by their advertisements were exaggerated and too good to be true but I am here to tell you from my own experiences they are not. My debt was resolved effectively within an even shorter time than expected without any unexpected changes to my original plan. No broken promises, no unrealistic answers. Everything they said they would do for me was done. With no surprises or worries. If there an... read more

I chose not to sign on with the debt reduction plan for the following reasons:The NDR sales rep stated to me that " I must make a conscience effort not to pay my credit card bills and unsecured bills monthly payments" even though I have the cash flow to do so. Then in 4 to 6 months after accumulating 6 monthly payments in an FDIC guaranteed account held by NDR on my behalf; NDR would commence negotiations with my creditors to reduce my debt. The sales rep also said I had to include all or most of my debt and not pay off half... read more

I let my credit get into shambles because I lost my job back in 2016. Student loans and credit cards compounded against me in a way that became unbearable. I didn't think National Debt Relief could fix my problems, but they were able to wipe out about $27,000 worth of credit card debt, and settled the majority for nearly half of what I owed. I was sued twice, but I was backed up by NDR's lawyers to take care of the suits for me. I never had to appear in court, and they settled the cases with the companies so the lawsuits wer... read more

I have been a client of National Debt Relief for 24 months now and will be in this program for at least another 36 months. I pay $540 a month to settle my ******+ debt. I have already paid close to $30,000 and still have one more debt to settle. I thought I would be saving money but considering the fees are outrageous I am paying my exact debt of $****** or possibly more as I still have one remaining. I should have done this on my own but thought this would be better. I was wrong. So far the fees are ranging from 20 to 30 pe... read more

Do not bother. You are better off negotiating down your debt and establishing a payment plan with them directly. National Debt Relief charges you 20% of the total debt they "resolve," not the resolved amount. I paid them over $4600 over a years time and they paid themselves and around $300 of the resolved debt. TOTAL SCAM. Don't enroll with them!I would give them NO stars if I could.

Business response:

Dear reader, perhaps you have come to realize that your credit cards have you going in a vicious cycle that never ends. You pay some money, then you spend some money because you need to eat right? And there is always more money to pay. I felt that way too. I kept working and paying endless debts like you are now. I called the National Debt Relief because I realized that I was absolutely running out of resources. I confess that I hesitated to enroll. The program sounded too good to be true! But I was desperate, so I enrolled ... read more
