National Debt Relief LIED to me about federal law, promised to send paperwork abt the terms of their service, and never did. They told me that according to "The Fair Act Law" (which doesn't exist) that anyone who had been paying high interest rates for a long time could legally stop paying those companies. LIE and LIE again. They claimed "Experian selected me for my excellent credit rating, etc." On a 2 hour call, they passed me from Brian to George to James. Each one extracted a portion of my data, but I was hesitant to do ... read more

At first, they claimed they would start contacting my creditors after 3 months and the endless collections calls would stop. Then, when that didn't happen, they told me it was after 6 months that they would start contacting my creditors. Then, 7 months after signing up with them, they only just started contacting my creditors. And they only contacted them one at a time. So some didn't get any contact for over a year. When it came to actually settling debt, they promised I would only be paying 40-60% of the original debt. The... read more

Before registering with National Debt Relief, I felt like the mythological person who kept hill and the stone kept sliding back. After registration, I felt like weight was lifted from my shoulders. I am hopeful and optimistic that my worst financial days are over.

Very Deceptive. Been in program 1.5 years and still have not settled all debts. After 6 months they tried to sell me on a loan program that cost more and lasted longer then the original program. Then there's the fees, one of the settlements seemed fine until i asked about the fees. With fees, the settlement was more then my original balance. Find a good debt lawyer instead of this program.

National Debt Relief, LLC 180 Maiden Lane, 30th Floor, New York, NY 10038 I have just received a robo call from this company using a phone number that does not belong to them. I could not understand the person on the phone because he could not speak English or at least not very well. When I ask to speak to someone that spoke English he hung up on me. First thing it is supposedly not legal to send robo calls Second why are they using a fake phone number Third why do they not have anyone that speaks English I do not know if th... read more
