National Debt Relief didn't help my credit, they hurt my credit. I had to call them numerous times because none of my creditors were being contacted. They hold on to your money until they think they have enough to negotiate with your creditors. Because of that my Credit Score went down 200 points. Don't trust them.

I am very disappointed with the service from NDR. My wife and I have been sued several times, and NDR does nothing on the front end to prevent that. Also, due to COVID issues, I have asked for my deposits to be modified in order to match my income. No worry. They just pull out the funds from your bank account anyway, even after you have discussed this with someone and you send them an email requesting relief. It borders on financial fraud. They make it very difficult to modify the deposit schedule, and boy they want you to s... read more

STAY AWAY FROM DEBT RELIEF COMPANIES!!!!! I gave these people over $3000 and they took $2491.18 for fees and only settled 3 accounts out of 10 with minimum payments of $10 a month. I'd steer clear of this scheme and contact the creditors yourself. Believe it or not they will work with you. These guys only care about the fees . They also don't listen to the customer whenever you ask them to change payment plans. The go oh you have to start over your payments. It's pretty sad they claim to help, but they only seem to be helpin... read more

Buyer Beware..I enrolled in the national debt program and for 12 months things seemed to be going smoothly. About 5 of the debts were taken care of and 2 were pending I gave approval on the negotiated amount for my sefcu credit card . I then get a phone call from National debt relief saying they work with a lender and If i want to pay off my debt faster they can transfer me and speak with that representative . They are LIBERTY LENDING. The rep spoke with me it sounded like a great concept I was happy to finally to sum it up ... read more

I see most reviews are positive. My assignment was turned over to ****** * *******lawyers which have a 4 star rating yet nearly all the reviews were very negative. How can that be . wondering if I made a big mistake.

Started my debt reduction program with 21,000 debt almost 3 years ago. I have paid 481.00 a month totaling almost 15,000 dollars. Recently check my status and come to find out they have only resolve 1432.00 in debt and there is zero dollars in my account. What a huge scam. I'm am sick over this matter. Stay away from this company.

If I can give half of start I will. Their service is horrible. I was with them and all they did was misleading and not handle the account properly. I had a creditor that send me a settlement for a low amount that i wanted to take the offer however their agent advice me not to take six months down the line the same creditor send me a judgment and another settlement for double of what they offer in the past and national debt relief won’t do anything about it but tell me to pay that amount when originally I wanted to settle for... read more
