Worst company ever! If you need a debt settlement company, this is not the company you want it need! Everything will go fine at first, then they will start calling from an automated number just to put you on hold for 10-15 minutes. Then they will say you have been selected to join a partner company (Liberty Lending) to settle debts faster and graduate the program, they will then say all debts are settled and start transferring everything just to contact again and say an agreement has been lost (on a debt settled and paid 6 m... read more

This company has horrible customer service after you sign up. After graduating from the program they came back to tell me THEY missed a payment to a creditor and wanted more money from me. Absolutely fraud! Find another company!

When I signed up with NDR they said I would be able to pay off my debt in 40 months. I don't see how this would work being that I am still in debt almost $30000.00. They also said that it would take 4-6 months to get start getting settlements. They did not do anything that I was aware of and 2 of my debts went to the court system. Then they got a settlement offer for 1 of my accounts and somehow they said that I accepted the offer which I did not. They told me upfront that my monthly payments would be $514 a month. After the... read more

NDR has a great sales pitch with seemingly caring reps with assuring me I could have my debts paid within a year and a half. I've now been with them for 2 years. Earlier this year I was told I would be done by the end of this year. A few months later they said it would be January 2020. Now Im being told it will be May 2020. Here's the bottom line.... my total debt was 10,255. They got settlements of 5,093. which was the only good thing about this. As of today I have paid 6,616. to NDR. By May 2020 I will have paid 8,536. to ... read more

National Debt Relief seemed like a good idea at the time. I was overwhelmed with my credit card debt and paying the money to one place and them negotiating lower payoffs seem great. However, the money doesn't add up. For example, I started with $2,297 in debt to one creditor. They settled it for $1,887.59. After their fees, I'm paying $72.97 MORE than the debt I started with while having the non-payment on the account while they settled the debt hurting my credit. Plus they did $1 payments for 19 months with the final paymen... read more

RUN!!!!!! They are a horrible company. They completely took advantage of us. We followed all of their instructions, and it completely ruined our lives. They refused to accept settlements unless we made additional payments, while they were already taking $ 600 per month from us for 2 years. We should never have joined this program. It cost us more than what continuing to work directly with our creditors would have cost, destroyed our credit, and didn’t help us with our debt at all. We are leaving this program owing more than ... read more
