All I can say is DON"T! I'm not one to leave reviews. My credit score went in the toilet. They told me not to respond to any creditors. I just got TWO sheriffs at my door with papers from two of them about two weeks ago. Now everything is in such bad shape credit counclar and my attorney advised me to file chapter 13 to get out of everything NDR messed up!

They are soliciting me constantly with phone calls and sending me large packets in the mail which violates my privacy.
I had sold prized possessions to make minimum credit card payments to the Banksters. Don't be that guy. National Debt Relief can help you. Call them.
Business response:
Hi ****, Great to hear! We understand that the process can be difficult at times. As such, our goal here at National Debt Relief is to provide a 5 star experience for every client.
I was enrolled for 12 months and after 12 months of perfect payments to them they offered me a loan to complete the program in 90 days and stat building. There pitch was that with lump sums they would get the lowest offers possible and should be below the 50% average they advertise.... My entire accounts average was 63.27% and the one card that was lower then 50% was one I agreed to with the creditor on my own all accounts after this " loan" were over 5.5% and they would not fight to help me any more..... My debt entering th... read more

They have settled a few debts but I am asked every time if I can put more money in. If I could I would. And they try to explain all those fees, but I never understand it. They say one is for a lawyer, well if they were doing their job I wouldn't need a lawyer. I don't understand why they don't pay of some of the little one in a lump sum first.
Business response:
******, thank you for raising your concerns with us today. If you still need someone to explain the fees to you, feel free to call in and speak with one of our Client Success team. During the negotiation process, we can't always choose which debt to settle first. Smaller debts aren't always the first to be resolved mainly because in some cases, that creditor might not be ready to settle yet. We always try to resolve debt as quickly as possible and if this means negotiating a larger debt first, we will do so if that creditor ... read more
Not happy at all, I had over 7000 in accounts, only a few hundred went towards the credit cards and they took most of my money. If customer service is their number one , they shouldn’t take most of my money, it should have gone towards my credit cards . I would never refer this company to any one. I regret sighing up with this company. They only care about paying themselves.
After about a year, I have had only some of my accounts settled. Three went to collections and when I told Chase and Citi that National Debt Relief should have contacted them about settlement / repayment, they said they had never heard from them. I'm not pleased.... Not sure how they get an A+ from the BBB!

It was horrible. I called and was contacted by a representative named Terrance. I explained to him my situation upfront which you already feel embarrassed as it is but I explained to him that we were behind on everything utilities, our child's tuition, cars were about to be towed, and multiple loans. He assured me that he would help me. I even told him that my account was overdrawn. So 2 weeks in he sent me the paper work to put amount for everything. I emailed all of my loan agreements. He gave me an estimate on how much I ... read more

Buyer beware! I enrolled in the spring of 2019. I had a dire situation and the associate that I spoke with assured me that I contacted this company in time to settle my outstanding debt with one of my creditors. After some back and forth between NDR, the creditors and myself, NDR was able to reach a settlement. In September I was blind sided by a wage garnishment on the settled account. I called daily and spoke with numerous associates and made little headway. I finally was able to speak with a supervisor and on 9/16/19 they... read more
