Good attention to detail when customizing new powerchair. Spent amount of time necessary to cover custom needs in detail. Forgot to transfer custom joy stick from old chair. Now waiting to receive it. Used too much jargon, needed “plain language”. Tended to redirect discussion to what they want to discuss. Made the session feel like they were rushed for time.

Steve Lear delivered my new wheelchair, a clone of my first wheelchair. Steve not only was part of my two evaluations but he delivered both wheelchairs. Steve explained the newer features of the second chair but also reiterated the functions that were the same as the first chair I've used for 5 years, extremely thorough.
