On behalf of my father, The assessment technician was very polite and helpful. His questions were thorough and it seemed like he was making sure that all possible measurements were taken, along with suggesting a needed feature for my dads leg support when he saw there was a belt being used to support his leg alignment to keep them closed and on the footrest..
