Carlos was the specialist who came to install upgraded and modified additions to my electric wheelchair. He was extremely professional and a very, very kind and knowledgeable person. He came on time and was thorough in all that he did. He was very sensitive to my specific needs and listened carefully to any of my concerns. I feel confident that all will work out and I know he will be available if the need arises.

Everything went very well. The young lady came with a wheelchair for me to try out and explained everything about it and the controls. She measured both me and my home’s doorways. She was very knowledgeable and personable and a pleasure to work with. A great meeting all around!
I had a thorough and professional examination of my functional problem areas, especially my arms, legs, and shoulders. We also talked about my need for a wheelchair and what type would be appropriate. We decided to purchase a wheelchair that would be paid for by Medicare, and they prepared the paperwork. both the therapist and the wheelchair representative were excellent and helped me find exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.
