wonderful Explained everything so well spent time explaining available features. Worked great with my P T Sarah reviewing all her questions. Did a test run to get the feel for the controls. He was really kind and though.

Our meeting with Ian was excellent. He was very professional and thorough. Ian spent a good deal of time going through each of my issues until he reached a resolution. We are totally satisfied with everything he did. It has really given me back my ability to use my chair safely and effectively. I'm looking forward to the upgrades he has suggested.
They were able to move us up in the calendar and that was wonderful. They fixed the wheel chair quickly.
