Im set up on a payment plan and not only are they making me pay for faulty parts (Casters) that should have been under warranty they have cancelled my order 3 times for non payment! Im still on a payment plan!! I will definitely be asking my new insurance provider for an alternative solution and I would not recommend doing business with these crooks.

Every time. Every time I have a need for wheelchair repair, Numotion takes an unusually long time process my request, get insurance approval, order the part(s), and schedule the repair. Sometimes it takes weeks. Sometimes months. This is my only means of mobility. Their mismanagement, or purposeful negligence should be criminal because it directly affects my health and well being.

My experience with Numotion was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of purchasing and repairing durable medical ************ joystick on my chair died all of a sudden, rendering it inoperable. I called to get an appointment to have it fixed. They did a televisit evaluation and said they would have to get with my doctor an insurance company before ordering the parts. Terrible experience. Did not get the order correct, and never addressed my concerns. Less than six months of ownership and have had many issues. I expected much higher quality and service given the cost of this wheelchair. This company does not communicate well with its customers and seems to only be concerned with how they can get money from your insurance company. Worse yet is their lack of concern regarding safety issues regarding their product and lack of willingness to service their defective product.

Worst customer service ever! My mom bought a power chair from them less than two years ago. It has had nonstop mechanical problems. Early October a fire door in her apartment building closed on her chair and broke her footrest. It took them three weeks to fax the insurance form to her providers office and over a month with zero communication from them. I give them no stars! We have been told they did not want to go to the skilled nursing facility to repair a chair. They have come to the facility three times twice for the tech to observe the problem with the chair and once to repair it. The chair has needed three repairs in the 18 months weve owned it new motors for months into ownership. I cannot in good conscience rate NuMotion with a 1-star review. I had a technician visit to evaluate my wheelchair, where it was determined that I need new armrests and two casters. I took my 7 yo son to get fitted for a new wheelchair and a ******* activity chair. Prior to that , I asked about any outstanding bill I may have as I was going to turn it in with my KB ******** renewal. I was told there was no bill. horrible business, after 2 years of fighting to get a product that is for myself and works it still hasn't happened. now i can't talk to anyone I get lied to, and told a supervisor will get back to, which no one has ever.
