Polite and helpful. They even gave me a soda while I waited. The price was good. They do recommend upgrades so it's a good idea to be aware of what service your car's manufacturer recommends for your time/milage so that you can decide if you want the additional service or not. Some people might feel that their recommending additional service is being pushy but I'm okay with it because I've had a few cars fail because a service didn't get done that should have been done. These gentlemen ALWAYS polite and ALWAYS working their butts off to get the job done with the best quality. Today, when I was here they had THREE consecutive difficult customers who were complaining about wait times. However, the employees handled the difficult customers with grace and politeness. Along with all of this, my battery cut out when I went to start my car and leave and they jumped it for me. Class act all the way through. Thank you fellas!
I changed my oil myself after these guys changed it and found they did lost the 10MM screw that retains the plastic cover underneath the oil filter. Not good.
What an incredible experience I had here! I pulled in at end of day panicked due to "check engine" light flashing and car unable to start again once I got there. Obviously I wasn't a paying customer (with a dead engine!) but every staff member went scrambling (seriously) to troubleshoot problem. Justin got on the phone tracking down where to take car, took time to get directions on getting car started again and gave me such helpful advice. Great place for an oil change. They listen to you if you have any questions, are polite and quick. They also say they will not try to sell you what you don't need. That is not always true, so beware. They are smooth talkers, but don't press when you say no. As long as you are aware of what you need and don't need you're in the clear.
Horrible experienced, they know how trick people: My son went to do the oil changed, the recommendation was to replace the wiper because are cracked, less that a moth I replaced for a Michelin set That I bought, when mi son toll me what they suggested and he accepted y call them and asked for the old ( 1 month old) wiper after 2 hours the told me that they don't have it any more in the garbage, they put it in the dumpster and if I want it I can go to look for it inside the dumpster making fun of me, all my conversation was w... read more
Have been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else to have my oil changed. The mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and it's never taken more than 20 minutes from start to finish. Highly recommended for a quick oil change.
