I needed an oil change today so I went to the Oilstop on Lakeville because it is right next to the car wash that you get for free. The parking lot was crazy because in addition to being small and shared with the aforementioned car wash, there was a huge Cinta truck delivering whatever they deliver so beware of traffic while turning in. I was so impressed by my experience here - literally best customer service I've had in the longest time. Shout out to Jared who was so kind, authentic and professional. Jared gathered samples of different fluids in my car to show and educate me. He explained everything so thoroughly. I even saw him communicating in Spanish with the customer ahead of me! The service even comes with a free car wash... that's amazing! They also offer a complementary drink?! Is this oil change Disneyland? All the guys and gals there were great.... read more

Surprisingly friendly service, thorough inspection, and they got my oil changed. While there are a ton of upsells, they aren't pushy about them, which I appreciate. They even offer drinks while you wait.

I hope I get his name right Fernando the manager. I had my truck washed and was vacuuming it out and I accidently locked my keys and phone in my truck. Fernando and Justin came out while I was calling triple AAA and they were able to get my truck opened for me. I have a lot of major stuff going on in my life right now so this was such a relief! you simply have no idea....Thank-you He deserves a raise!!!

Moses helped & assisted me on all my cars needs; very helpful young man! I needed transmission & motor fluid and he was very knowledgeable on all services needed for my Honda. Been coming here for years & will always come back even if i have to wait 30 minutes to get serviced. Thank you all for your time and service here :)!

Very professional - very charming and fun group of young men doing a great job of ensuring I get a great oil change experience. Reasonably priced (even for all the extras they presented [most of which I genuinely needed] ) and for a quick no appointment needed change, this really is a good value and good peace of mind. Highly recommended (and today my reps were Abraham & Marcos & Byron and they did a fabulous job). 5-stars

I have been coming to Oil Stop for years and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did today. Stuart was warm and welcoming, professional, and took great care of providing me with the education to make a decision for my vehicle. He explained the products and the benefit to my vehicle, showed excitement when I did agree to the upsell, and was patient and understanding when I did not. As always, service here was friendly and professional. Maya is wonderful and a great asset to the operation. The only thing that bothered me was the sight of a sloppy looking apparent trainee who wasn't in uniform and picked his butt in the public area. Pretty unprofessional.
