Moses helped & assisted me on all my cars needs; very helpful young man! I needed transmission & motor fluid and he was very knowledgeable on all services needed for my Honda. Very professional - very charming and fun group of young men doing a great job of ensuring I get a great oil change experience. Reasonably priced (even for all the extras they presented [most of which I genuinely needed] ) and for a quick no appointment needed change, this really is a good value and good peace of mind. Highly recommended (and today my reps were Abraham & Marcos & Byron and they did a fabulous job). 5-stars

I have been coming to Oil Stop for years and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did today. Stuart was warm and welcoming, professional, and took great care of providing me with the education to make a decision for my vehicle. He explained the products and the benefit to my vehicle, showed excitement when I did agree to the upsell, and was patient and understanding when I did not. As always, service here was friendly and professional. Maya is wonderful and a great asset to the operation. The only thing that bothered me was the sight of a sloppy looking apparent trainee who wasn't in uniform and picked his butt in the public area. Pretty unprofessional.

I've got 60,000 miles on my Jeep and I only trust these guys to do my oils changes. They're always so polite and set expectations for wait times appropriately. Everyone was wearing masks and although they aren't serving beverages like they were before (just bottled water which is still a nice touch) they are running the car wash until 4pm Monday-Friday, and the team is as efficient as ever. My favorite location to clean out my car, get is washed and get the oil changed. I always use chevron oil change for serving our vehicles, but this location in particular is my favorite. The location is spacious (unlike Coddingtown) and the techs are pleasant. This location usually seems to get the job done faster than some of the others. I also love how easy it is to use the adjoining car wash. This Chevron Oilstop is a lifesaver and a timesaver! Also there is a $10 off yelp coupon right now! Score!

my oil drain plug fell off of my car one week after my oil change. could have totaled my car and extremely dangerous!!! they stripped my oil drain plug and i had to pay over $600 to have it repaired. an overpriced $110 oil service turned into weeks of headaches and a bill of $600+.

They tell me it's $105 for a synthetic oil change but then they tell me that there is an additional charge of $18.00 for each quart of oil totaling 5 quarts =$90.00 + $15.00 for the oil filter. $105.00+$90.00+$15.00=$210.00. Why advertise it for $105.00 is my question.
