You see Oilstop while driving down the road and you need an oil change. You get the impression the price is affordable and the service will be fast. When you pull up they offer you a free beverage. Coke, coffee or water. All feels great so far. Greg was awesome and really helped clear up some questions I had on my vehicle. He was very kind, friendly, and professional. He showed great leadership among the coordinators and made sure everything was put back the way it was. Great service.
Whoever owns/runs this business is doing a phenomenal job. All of the guys there are friendly and treat you with respect. Bummer I live out of town, otherwise this would be my stop for every oil change.
Didn't put everything back together when changing the cabin air filter on my truck so I had to put it back together.
Just had a fantastic experience here. I have never said that of an oil change service before. Service tech Nathan was awesome. 10/10. He handled my service from start to finish. Excellent customer service, engine knowledge, and the service was completed in less than 30min. I was very impressed.
This Oil Stop is a mixed bag. It has decent prices (about $100 for an oil change). Its service is fair. The workers a mostly polite although they do try to upsell products and services. I once came in here and had the same guy try and sell me four different services that I never asked for. The last time I came on a Saturday afternoon, I waited close to 40 minutes without anyone doing anything to the car. Some workers must have gone early. Took my truck here recently for an oil change. Started to hear a weird noise near the front of my vehicle when going over bumps after the oil change. The techs at this shop didn't install the skid plate correctly now I'm missing two bolts. This is fast and convenient but lacks reliability and attention to detail. My wife also had a similar issue when they didn't tighten the oil filter and it was leaking oil all over the engine bay. Will try my luck with a different shop. Do not recommend. This place did an oil change for me and when serving my vehicle , they took off the gravel shield and did not screw it back on. Hence to say, the shield was dragging on the street. I brought my car to the dealer , who told me that the last place that did my oil change (Oil Stop), did not screw it back on. I contacted the owner (Jordan), and explained my situation. All I wanted was for him to pay the $65 fee I was charged by the dealer to fix my car. He didn't feel it was Oil Stops fault. I will not be going back to this plac... read more
