My first visit will also be my only visit. the hustle and upsell creates an uncomfortable experience especially when you know you Don't need the additional services or upgraded filters, oil additives etc etc. also a bit pricey for a little convenience
my oil drain plug fell off of my car one week after my oil change. could have totaled my car and extremely dangerous!!! they stripped my oil drain plug and i had to pay over $600 to have it repaired. an overpriced $110 oil service turned into weeks of headaches and a bill of $600+.
They tell me it's $105 for a synthetic oil change but then they tell me that there is an additional charge of $18.00 for each quart of oil totaling 5 quarts =$90.00 + $15.00 for the oil filter. $105.00+$90.00+$15.00=$210.00. Why advertise it for $105.00 is my question.

You see Oilstop while driving down the road and you need an oil change. You get the impression the price is affordable and the service will be fast. When you pull up they offer you a free beverage. Coke, coffee or water. All feels great so far. Let me highlight why you want to take your oil change business elsewhere: 1) Method of oil drain: Oilstop uses the vacuum/siphon method through the dipstick. Greg was awesome and really helped clear up some questions I had on my vehicle. He was very kind, friendly, and professional. He showed great leadership among the coordinators and made sure everything was put back the way it was. Great service.
Whoever owns/runs this business is doing a phenomenal job. All of the guys there are friendly and treat you with respect. Bummer I live out of town, otherwise this would be my stop for every oil change.
Didn't put everything back together when changing the cabin air filter on my truck so I had to put it back together.
Just had a fantastic experience here. I have never said that of an oil change service before. Service tech Nathan was awesome. 10/10. He handled my service from start to finish. Excellent customer service, engine knowledge, and the service was completed in less than 30min. I was very impressed.
This Oil Stop is a mixed bag. It has decent prices (about $100 for an oil change). Its service is fair. The workers a mostly polite although they do try to upsell products and services. I once came in here and had the same guy try and sell me four different services that I never asked for. The last time I came on a Saturday afternoon, I waited close to 40 minutes without anyone doing anything to the car. Some workers must have gone early.
