So I came here a few weeks ago with the RV. Brandon and the gang were AMAZING. I returned for transmission fluid change and Maya and Yvette stole the visit. They worked hard to take care of things the guys could not do the last time. BLOWN AWAY. Very impressive crew.
Got a rental car during this rare California snowy winter (SoCal/Bay Area etc) late night, only to find that all tires were low and the back window has issues(this a premium upgrade mind you). Anyway the gas station air pump was out of service but I noticed Oil Stop was next door. I hoped they top of the tires. Turns out not only was the tire top of free(this is standard I get it) but the young woman who helped me was Uber professional and kind. I give 4 outta 5 stars . Why? Because recently during a visit right after the rain storm they shut down one complete side of their self serve vacuuming system. Didn't bother to make a sign. One of the employees came out to check on the the side that was working and told me "why bother making a sign, people will figure it out." Wow. Lousy customer service right there! They are better than this. And the community deserves better.
Absolutely amazing. Great attitudes and communication. Very organized. Fair prices. I work for a dealer and could get it cheaper but this is worth it.
My dad honestly gets mad at me because he has his own car lift and gets the oil/filter from Walmart yet I still go to these guy. They make it so easy and quick while also not being pushy but giving you options. No doubt Edwin, mark and (I'm blanking on the third employees name sorry!) are top notch.

Last week I took my eco diesel in for an oil change. There was a line as per norm. I asked ahead of time if they had my oil because many times they don't. They said yes. 45 mins later they apologized they didn't have my oil in stock. Today I took our Jetta in and there was a line. I asked ahead of time if they had my oil. I also made it clear that I needed to be done by 1230 and if not I would come another day. Wow! So thrilled this place was open on a Saturday. How was so friendly and professional and was able to check my transmission fluid, topped off on my fluids and fixed my oil. So impressed with this place and grateful they were open when my car was acting up! Will be back for sure.
Hi, I wanted to reach out as I had a very disappointing Oil stop experience on 8/20/22 at the Petaluma location. I went in for a normal oil change and unfortunately left there with more issues than I arrived with. Immediately after leaving, I got a check engine light and my car starting running very poorly.
