Service started out great, but then Greg left to work on another car and I sat there with the hood open for 15 minutes with nothing happening. Then Byron took over; he said he didn't know why I had to wait so long because he just got to work. He couldnt find the interior cab filter and at this point I had been there an hour. I have been going to oil stop since I think 2008 when I lived in Humboldt County and have been going here regularly for the last 10 years in Sonoma county at various locations. Recently, I went to oil stop and they removed my cabin air filter to check how it was doing and I had them change it out. When they did that, an acorn fell into my fan blades. Had a wonderful experience this morning at your location! Maya was absolutely wonderful, and very tentative! She explained every step clearly so that I understood everything that was being done to my vehicle. Offered to replace my windshield wiper blades something I didn't even realize that I needed!

So I came here a few weeks ago with the RV. Brandon and the gang were AMAZING. I returned for transmission fluid change and Maya and Yvette stole the visit. They worked hard to take care of things the guys could not do the last time. BLOWN AWAY. Very impressive crew.
Got a rental car during this rare California snowy winter (SoCal/Bay Area etc) late night, only to find that all tires were low and the back window has issues(this a premium upgrade mind you). Anyway the gas station air pump was out of service but I noticed Oil Stop was next door. I hoped they top of the tires. Turns out not only was the tire top of free(this is standard I get it) but the young woman who helped me was Uber professional and kind. I give 4 outta 5 stars . Why? Because recently during a visit right after the rain storm they shut down one complete side of their self serve vacuuming system. Didn't bother to make a sign. One of the employees came out to check on the the side that was working and told me "why bother making a sign, people will figure it out." Wow. Lousy customer service right there! They are better than this. And the community deserves better.
Absolutely amazing. Great attitudes and communication. Very organized. Fair prices. I work for a dealer and could get it cheaper but this is worth it.
