Took my truck here recently for an oil change. Started to hear a weird noise near the front of my vehicle when going over bumps after the oil change. The techs at this shop didn't install the skid plate correctly now I'm missing two bolts. This is fast and convenient but lacks reliability and attention to detail. My wife also had a similar issue when they didn't tighten the oil filter and it was leaking oil all over the engine bay. Will try my luck with a different shop. Do not recommend. This place did an oil change for me and when serving my vehicle , they took off the gravel shield and did not screw it back on. Hence to say, the shield was dragging on the street. I brought my car to the dealer , who told me that the last place that did my oil change (Oil Stop), did not screw it back on. I contacted the owner (Jordan), and explained my situation. All I wanted was for him to pay the $65 fee I was charged by the dealer to fix my car. He didn't feel it was Oil Stops fault. I will not be going back to this plac... read more
First yelp review ever, but just irritated enough to take the time to post this. Upselling interruptions and long wait times I can deal with (I know the drill) but for the third time in a row they slopped oil when changing the filter or draining/adding oil, which then drips onto my otherwise nice driveway at home. Attempts to scrub the stains out are only partially successful. I have asked them the last two times to be more careful, but if that is too difficult at least wipe down spills if they occur. Been coming here since they opened and have had a few different vehicles over the years. Absolutely love the service, and it's done quickly and efficiently and the people are extremely friendly and genuinely care!!! Thank you to all the employees and especially to my technician, Stuart!!!!

Stopped by for a quick oil change. Waited around 45 minutes due to short staffing. The person who waited on me was polite and knowledgeable. However he tried endlessly to up sell expensive oil. I told him what oil I wanted in my engine and he finally agreed after 10 minutes of arguing. I was also charged extra for an oil filter because it wasn't a spin on filter. I have been using this oil stop for years never a problem. Today I went in for a basic oil change. After waiting in line in the parking lot I was directed to an opening on the right. After I moved another fellow directed me back to the left hand slot. Ready to enter NN now move back to the right stall. After starting things looked normal, then our service tech just disappeared. Service started out great, but then Greg left to work on another car and I sat there with the hood open for 15 minutes with nothing happening. Then Byron took over; he said he didn't know why I had to wait so long because he just got to work. He couldnt find the interior cab filter and at this point I had been there an hour.
