Excellent and efficient customer service.
Fast and friendly service. Free cold water or soda while you wait in your car .
Every service was very visible and clear. Nothing felt over priced or over charged. However, they will tell you anything if it is overdue past due which was a lot. Still, once I refused to add additional service, they didn't ask twice and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I will recommend them to my friends and I already have.
I've been to Oil Stop many times ; this team didn't check my air filter and notify me of the various checking of what they were checking . They only asked about an additive and if I wanted it.
