I was so shook by the service it was the best customer service I have ever received in my life. They explained everything with a smile , they offered products with no pressure of course , and it was QUICK. I can't believe I just sat in my car while they did the work! They all seem to work together great as a team and I'm glad I got to use my Yelp coupon! I was also happy they gave me a water bottle because I forgot mine at home. Will be coming back
I've been bringing all me vehicles to this shop for a year. Recently, they misplaced a part in my oil filter but i didn't realize until a week later, after i spent money replacing sensors based on the engine codes (plus a whistling noise and loss of power) i received after the oil change. The oil shop called me to admit they threw away the center piece from my BMW's oil filter and would replace it. I've come here before and been impressed by their positive, fun workplace attitude. However, the last time I was here, I went for an oil change and was disappointed. I was recommended to change my transmission fluid at only 17,000 miles. The tech showed me fresh transmission fluid in a little tray compared to the transmission fluid in my car and said they recommend changing my transmission fluid. Immature staff working here . Service sucks . Go spend your money somewhere else . Not worth it
So expensive... paid 130 for an oil change. Filter was not included in price. The constant upselling was annoying. They didn't badger you if you said no, but they tried to sell me 3 different products. Will not be returning, save your money and go elsewhere
I hate going to car places by myself, but David explained everything to me and made the experience great. Would highly recommend this location and it was quick

Stripped my oil valve n jsut let me drive off like that n going to get next oil change n guys like this shit is stripped garbage service !
