service was outstanding. went this morning around 9 being that i was the only one they got me in and out super quick. kept me informed of everything they were doing to my car and did a few complimentary services that i was appreciative of. thank you to all the gentlemen who assisted with my nissan this morning !! definitely will be returning.

Ottoniel and Moses were the ones that helped me today and they did great! Service was amazing they asked if I wanted drinks and AC blown into the car while it was being serviced and they didn't pressure me into doing more than I wanted to get done!

This place just kills the whole visit with their pressure tactics at trying to make you buy everything for your car. I only had 11,000 miles on my transmission oil change and they were forcing me to commit to the oil change. A complete turn off. I told them I had already changed it and he asked where?Just change my motor oil dam it. No one needs all the arm twisting. A complete turnoff, stay away from this place.

The most outstanding service I have ever received from an oil service station. And I was not looking my best at all, and they treated me like royalty! There were a total of three individuals working on my car simultaneously . I felt so special and well taken care of for myself and my sweet ride named Arie, my 2019'Honda insight The price for full synthetic was a bit more than I was comfortable paying and Oscar had his manager come out and talked to me and he gave me $20 off, which is an amazing deal! This is my second time at visiting oil stop drive thru. so far, I've my interaction with the staff has been a positive one. However, it is a little pricey but I would rather pay a little extra for a quick oil change then spend hours waiting at the dealership. Additionally, at check out they give me a free car wash voucher and a $30 dollars off coupon if I bring in another cars within 2 weeks

My dad came here for an oil change and he had a horrendous experience. He mentioned that the worker slammed the hood of his car. Also ignored him while asking questions. He said it was either David U. Or Luis Z.

They were very professional, and kind. They had complimentary drinks, they showed me all the new filters before putting them in, and I was in and out with no problem. I would highly recommend them and I'll be going back! David was great!

I came her because of the high reviews but not sure why that they would charge an extra $8 for oil filter , all other places I have been to don't charge this. My car is a Chevrolet not a Porsche lol. You figure $105 for an oil change the oil filter would be included. This is not a good business practice and it's hard to believe this place is that highly rated unless you're excited for the free drink that they offer you . I went there for the first time and they have a bell that rings to let them know you're there. Nobody came , another car comes a few mins later and they right away go say hi to him. Still waited and nothing. I don't know why they have 5 stars.
