It was a great experience. The workers who serviced my car were very thorough, fully examined my car and told me what was needed without making me feel pressured to accept all the extra services. When doing the oil change, they showed me everything they removed and the new fluids that were going in. The fact that you stay inside your car while they're servicing it gives a greater sense of transparency because you are able to see them make the changes as soon as they show you the new items.
