I went there for the first time and they have a bell that rings to let them know you're there. Nobody came , another car comes a few mins later and they right away go say hi to him. Still waited and nothing. I don't know why they have 5 stars.

This place is amazing. I've gone to this location a couple times for an oil change and it has never disappointed. Each time I've received exceptional service by these professionals. As a woman, going to get any services on a car is daunting, and frankly just horrible, but not here. I felt so comfortable and they accepted my "no thank you" answer when they gave their sales upgrade pitch. I will not go anywhere else. What an awesome group that provides great service. The team was thorough and detailed on each of the 33 point inspections and oil change. We felt like they looked at each inspection item and our vehicles performance. The communication and customer service is likely the best we've had at a oil change facility, will return. The attention to detail and professionalism was perfect. Even upselling on each item was done very well, keep up the good work. Hopefully the next time we go we will see a female in the shop.

Took the wife's older Nissan Sentra there for an oil change. I knew they would mention other things I have already done over the last couple of years (transmission fluid exchange and other services) so I was prepared for that. They are very professional and they do their best to keep the customers happy . I was way due for an oil change it was a bit of a wait . But they kept coming to update me it was my turn soon , even offered us drinks while we wait . I was grateful since my 5 years olds patience was running thin . Oscar was the one who really explained everything my car was going to be needing soon . He was very nice to all my questions I had . I left with my car feeling much better . Thank you oil stop will be back !

Great place for oil change and a quick but thorough checkup on other fluids. You stay in your vehicle while they work. A complimentary drink is offered and a coupon for free carwash too! Friendly staff is a big plus, I recommended this place 100%.

The staff here are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. I came in yesterday with the impression I was due for an oil change. Collin was transparent and informative, explaining that I was not yet due and that I only needed a quart. I felt very taken care of and like they had my best interest. As someone who knows nothing about cars, going to get service done can be intimidating as you fear being taken advantage of, but this place made me feel very comfortable. Great experience and will be returning.

Had some gentleman named Kory help me out today and he killed it. Was super thorough, dude was the best. Actually checked my oil and made sure I needed it, went in earlier then needed. He was looking out for me forsure, good man. Had Bruce as well and he was super helpful . Good spot

Love getting my oil change here! Best customer service in my City of Norwalk. Staff very knowledgeable of what they do would definitely recommended to fambam and friends
