I Love this shop I take my 2 vehicles here every 3,000 miles. Friendly staff, they take care of you and your car, free drinks, AC, and you wait in your car while the service is being done, fast service. Would recommend this shop to everyone.
I've been working for Oilstop since 2008, same year as my Honda. With the maintenance I've done throughout the years, my car is in outstanding condition. Amazing company to work for too. I've learned the value of leadership, integrity, and good character. I've embraced the mission statement and we train and encourage new stafff to do as well. Service was slow, took more than 30 min after I got into the bay. Staff was courteous.
They dont pressure to purchase, they only recommend. After paying for my service I forgot to inform the service guy I had a coupon. The manager came over and gave me a reimbursement for the coupon with no problem.. They hire customer service people. I will continue to use there service.
Great! Very nice and professional. Customer oriented. They put you at ease that you are going to be taken care off with all you car needs. Im very satisfied and have told my immediate family to go there instead of any where else. I highly recommend them. A+ ,1 -10 a 10 in my book.
