I was very pleased with the service at Oil Stop. They greeted me right away, offered me a beverage during my wait time, which wasnt very long. They continually checked to see if I needed water or any other beverage as they worked on my car. Always informed me as to what they were doing showing me the old parts and the new parts that were to be placed in my car. I love the yelling out to the supervisor (I think) the part and work being done. Always recommend to friends and family.

I Love this shop I take my 2 vehicles here every 3,000 miles. Friendly staff, they take care of you and your car, free drinks, AC, and you wait in your car while the service is being done, fast service. Would recommend this shop to everyone.
I've been working for Oilstop since 2008, same year as my Honda. With the maintenance I've done throughout the years, my car is in outstanding condition. Amazing company to work for too. I've learned the value of leadership, integrity, and good character. I've embraced the mission statement and we train and encourage new stafff to do as well. Service was slow, took more than 30 min after I got into the bay. Staff was courteous.
They dont pressure to purchase, they only recommend. After paying for my service I forgot to inform the service guy I had a coupon. The manager came over and gave me a reimbursement for the coupon with no problem.. They hire customer service people. I will continue to use there service.
