What a GREAT FIND!! From Anthony's warm welcome to Moses, Matthew's and impressive service, this place is my new go to to get my regular maintenance You stay in your car but they make it such a personal experience! Hospitality and service where you least expect it.
Stripped my oil valve n jsut let me drive off like that n going to get next oil change n guys like this shit is stripped garbage service !
My low oil light came on and I needed a quart in a hurry. Luckily, I found Oilstop close by. These guys are great. Super friendly, respectful, and professional. I just needed a quart, so it was much easier and even cheaper than buying a quart at the nearby Autozone. If I lived in the area, I'd go here whenever I needed an oil change or to top off my oil.
THANKS MOSES. I've never been here, but Moses was really nice and professional when I spoke to him on the phone for a quote on an oil change as well as I problem I was having with my car (NOT cause by Oilstop). He was very thorough with the cost, waste fee, and the 90 day top off policy and car wash all included. Also, service is first come, first served. These guys are hustlers. Love love them!!! They are fast, explain everything and give you options to upgrade maintenance on your car. I'm so glad I started coming here instead of the dealer.
Idk what's going on here. I get we all make mistakes, but more than twice? Luis charged my mom wrong not once but twice.... The first time I caught him over charging her for the services. The second time she went alone and he over charged her for a service that was not done. She went back the next day (because I encouraged her too) and she spoke to manager and the manger said he would go ahead and refund her this one time, as if it were her fault. Every service was very visible and clear. Nothing felt over priced or over charged. However, they will tell you anything if it is overdue past due which was a lot. Still, once I refused to add additional service, they didn't ask twice and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I will recommend them to my friends and I already have.
Anthony and his team were able to take me in right away! He was informative & efficient with the service & carefully inspected the car for any other issues. I'm extremely impressed by the service I received today and will definitely be coming back!
