They are so polite and not pushy. They do a great job. I went in for a oil change and they asked me before doing any add ons. I would have said yes to the transmission flush but only kept so much in my bank account to prevent fraud. I do plan to go back for the transmission flush and hopefully they will have coupons or discounts. I'm on a limited veterans budget.

Let me start by saying, I've been coming here approximately 15 - yrs. The employees have always been great! Their always friendly and polite. That's not my issue. My issue is " the last 5 or so years that I've come, I'm not here 20 minutes, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes. It's always an hour and twenty minutes. It's extremely frustrating as once people are behind you, you're basically stuck. It's really unfortunate as this place is supposed to be quick and convenient. Exceptional 5-star service from Bailey! Bailey let me know my engine oil was good to go, but took the time to replenish my other fluids, like the coolant. Thank you for prioritizing integrity over a sales pitch and making me feel like a valued customer. I'll definitely be back!

I stopped in to get a routine oil change one afternoon. This place was relatively close to home and it had a good reputation so I said why not. When I got there they immediately offered me something to drink which doesn't usually happen when I go for an oil change but I thought it was nice. The team took their time, told me about all of the oil change options, offered me a transmission flush and to change my cabin air filter.
