I am a San Mateo resident and have passed this place numerous times over the years. I am normally a Jiffy Lube customer. I've been putting my oil change off for weeks now, so stopped here today since it was convenient. The service experience was alright and the employees were nice, but the 1:15ish minute wait for an oil change is absolutely absurd. Great experience! Came here on Friday afternoon, service is first come first serve. There are three garages to wait in line for to get serviced. Upon pulling up they offered a free drink and complimentary back window clean. All the employees are incredibly nice. I got conventional ($63.99) per their recommendation and paid a grand total of $59.90 (incl. $10 off coupon from the website). OIL STOP in Ashland Oregon is SABOTAGING WOMEN'S CARS and denying it! If you complain it, they tell you to come into the garage and watch their videos, because they have cameras. They then insist that you APOLOGIZE to them for accusing them of sabotaging your car. Really lousy customer service. The workers are putting nails in tires and slamming the hood down on something so it bends the hood up. DON'T' GO TO OIL STOP! They put a nail in my tire twice and bent my car hood up. Super professional, not pushy with the products, offer you water or soda while you wait, super speedy. Wonder why I haven't been going here now that I know how awesome they are. They have coupons online too that they honor. Great guys and super nice!
