Excellent service every time I go there employees are courteous thoughtful the only thing that I don't like about it is that when you tell him you're just there for an oil change they push everything on you or they try and it could be annoying but other than that it's good price and take an SUV it's easier to have them do it then you do it yourself so again I give him five stars excellent review
The most important quality for auto care is trustworthiness/reliability. I was told my fluids would be topped off. I specifically noted my coolant was low, and was assured it would be topped off. I declined an offer for a full radiator flush. When I got home, I was notified my coolant was low, with risk of engine damage. Sure enough, upon inspection, coolant was very low. What happened to you guys??? I've been coming here for DECADES - yes, since 2005 when I first moved to the area. Loved the honesty, thoroughness of service and the no-pressure attitude. The higher prices were worth it because they had built trust over a long period of time. Over the last few years, it's all gone downhill. Prices stayed high which is OK but the level of service and attention to detail are GONE. took an hour to change my oil these guys standing around the whole time and it cost 109 for the oil change that only will last 3000 miles and a new air filter. I do not plan on returning to this place.
I went in to get an oil change about a month and a half ago. They told me I had an oil leak toward the end of my visit (which I've never had one before) and asked me if I wanted to add an oil leak stopper to my oil I agreed thinking everything is fine. Then I noticed a bunch of fresh oil spots where I park my car which hasn't been there before my oil change not sure if they broke something while doing the oil change. Make sure you have a LOT of spare time. You think there are three lines of cars, but it really is just one line because there is only one person down below that actually changes the oil. And each car takes 30 minutes. So, even though you might only have two cars waiting in front of you, you will wait an hour or more before it is your turn, then it's another 30 minutes for them to finish work on your car. Chris and Sebastian were also very helpful, they all took time to give me information on all their offerings and what would be best for my vehicles needs. They all were very kind, patient and professional with myself and other customers, so I asked if I could leave a review for them, something I don't do often. Will be returning after my 5k miles! My fiancé suggested this establishment since we were in the area and have a little one. The staff was very friendly. Upon arrival we were asked what service we would like and if we wanted a beverage. The following few staff members asked if we wanted a drink assuming no one asked us which was very friendly because it shows they care. The synthetic oil with tax came out to 126.
