New to the area and was looking for an oil change place that was easy to find, had quick service, and were professional...found it! Greeted upon arrival, as all drivers were when I was there and offered a drink while I wait. The guys were professional with interactions with customers and each other. OIL STOP in Ashland Oregon is SABOTAGING WOMEN'S CARS and denying it! If you complain it, they tell you to come into the garage and watch their videos, because they have cameras. They then insist that you APOLOGIZE to them for accusing them of sabotaging your car. Really lousy customer service. The workers are putting nails in tires and slamming the hood down on something so it bends the hood up. DON'T' GO TO OIL STOP! They put a nail in my tire twice and bent my car hood up. Super professional, not pushy with the products, offer you water or soda while you wait, super speedy. Wonder why I haven't been going here now that I know how awesome they are. They have coupons online too that they honor. Great guys and super nice!

Came to get an oil change a few weeks ago. Definitely coming back! I drive a Crosstrek and Subaru has played me into spending way more than necessary for services. I so appreciated Edmundo keeping me updated every step along the assessment of my car. I liked being able to see comparisons of my car's fluids to what it should be at. No pressure at all for add ons. I added a few things that I had purposely been avoiding at Subaru and still spent way less. Highly recommend!

Reliable, honest, and always going above and beyond. I came in to have them check why there was a burnt plastic smell coming from my car after I had just gotten oil change, transmission fluid, brake, steering, etc changed. Frank took a look at what was happening. He checked all the fluids and let me know (and showed me) the transmission fluid level was great. I've used San Mateo Oil Stop since relocating to San Francisco in 2015 with my employer which was located a few blocks from Oil Stop. Every visit the guys are great, they are kind and thorough and efficient. I've had two different Jeeps that they've serviced for me during this time. Yes there are oil change stores in SF and I use them sometimes but Oil Stop is the best especially the managers and Juan and Augustin who took car of me on 2.25.2024. Maurice

I have been coming to this Oilstop drive thru for oil changes for years for my Toyota 4Runner and my wife's Suburu Outback. I will start with the positives. The service is great and fluids and tire pressure checks are part of the service and that is nice. The negatives is that they will hound you to charge for services you don't need. Whenever I go in, I tell them I'm only interested in the oil change and the free fluids and maintenance that comes with the check.
