I (ok my car) was in desperate need of an oil change (had driven 7k miles since last one and a long drive was on the horizon). I had called and made an appt with Big O' but when I arrived the service rep was rude and claimed that I must have not made the appt as they do not schedule oil changes at that hour. I was furious that their employee (who made the appt) apparently was just wasting my time for kicks. I left Big O frustrated and upset. 1st time coming here. Arrived early morning and was one of the first customers in. Great customer service and teamwork. They do try to upsell products/services but no pressure at all. They worked very efficiently. I wish to return again in the future. My car service was done within 40 min.

I am a repeat customer. Moon and Fred helped me today; both professional, courteous and friendly. They made me feel reassured that everything was done accordingly by showing me each item they were replacing. No pressure on up-sales either. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and will continue to have my vehicles serviced here.

Great customer service and quick turn around as their name says it all. I compared them with another oil change place I attempted to go yesterday.. waited 40 minutes and I only saw one vehicle leave the oil changing area so after waiting 40 minutes, I decided to leave as I don't have hours to spend there. However, this place moves swiftly and their customer service reps greets you and offers beverage. Standard no-frills oil change location, with the main plus being that you get to stay in your car throughout the entire process so you're pretty much aware of whatever's going on and whatever operation that's currently being done on your car. The complimentary drink and free car wash coupon are all factored into the eventual cost, making it more expensive than some other oil change places, but I do like the thoroughness and the little things like cleaning the windshield and lubricating the door hinges and joints. I was looking for a quick oil change place and thought this drive-through option would work. Well, it is a drive-through, i.e. you sit in the car while they perform the oil change, but it's definitely not quick (1 star off). The oil change itself only takes about 15 minutes, but they spend about 30 minutes doing a "33-point inspection" to sell you more services (1 star off). I regularly spend about 180$ 200$- depending on the service. I take all suggestions I return regularly. My car has not given me any issues. My lil 4cyl. Is so grateful. Staff is always so friendly, clear and thorough.
