This is the worst oil change place in Bay Area. Stay away. Charged my daughter over 450 for an oil change which was done wrong. When they reinstalled oil filter housing they didn't take off old gaskets and replace the they just put new one over old one. Caused oil to leak then they coerced her into changing the power steering fluid. IF YOU OWN A BMW DONT LET THEM PUT THEIR POWER STWERING FLUID INTO CAR. IT IS NOT BMW POWER STEERING FLUID IT IS A CHEAP REPL EMENT THAT WILL WRECK YOUR CAR.
My daughter was panicking on her commute to work because the gauge stated 0 for the oil! She was a bit early for work and stopped by this place which I yelped for her that was nearest to her job. She was only third in line but the guy ahead of her took a bit longer. So even though she was a bit early, she might not make it on time if she waited any longer. Antonio and his team is awesome here. Big shout out to Augustin who was my oil change advisor. Good prices and easy process. I called them and they told me just come by and I was out in 30 mins. They offer you drinks while you wait. Def will come back and recommend to all my friends and family as well.
The queueing system needs to be reconsidered. I got stuck in a queue for a bay that took a lot longer than others. Three other cars which arrived after me ended up getting serviced before me. Otherwise, nothing special or notable.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were very organized and in sync in doing things. They knew what they're doing and recommended some important things that needs to be done on my car. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Customer service is A+.
Wow this is such a great place, the workers are very nice & attentive. As soon as I arrive 2 of them reached out & welcomed me ,offered water,no waiting for long,fast paced guys. Amazing place. Definitely will be my oil changer get to go place !
Wait was about 45 minutes but service was great. These guys deserve the wait. Price is reasonable and you get free car wash. Great attitude from the service people. I would return often.
Again, great service from Jonathan, Agustin and Franklin at the San Mateo location. I arrived 8:12a.m. and was done by 8:52a.m. The upsell will never go away and I always politely decline. Sorry to Jonathan for having a challenging time with my hubcaps to check tire pressure. I got a very good discount with coupon available online. Went with full synthetic and the Purolator 1 inflated price but I wanted convenience. Very very professional staff. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and was asked what I'd like to drink. 2 cars in front of me when I arrived...it took about 35mins per car. Lots of upselling and them trying to add extra services to your car. Also expect to pay the most expensive service on the list.
