Pedro and Bernardo were super helpful for my first oil change in the Bay Area! Chris and Sebastian were also very helpful, they all took time to give me information on all their offerings and what would be best for my vehicles needs. They all were very kind, patient and professional with myself and other customers, so I asked if I could leave a review for them, something I don't do often. Will be returning after my 5k miles! Thanks yall!!

My fiancé suggested this establishment since we were in the area and have a little one. The staff was very friendly. Upon arrival we were asked what service we would like and if we wanted a beverage. The following few staff members asked if we wanted a drink assuming no one asked us which was very friendly because it shows they care. The synthetic oil with tax came out to 126. Fantastic service! Two exceptionally nice young men, Cris and Ed, serviced our car. Not pushy when offering extra services. Really appreciated that. Very polite and friendly. Their parents raised them right! Model employees. Huge convenience to be able to just drive through and check the oil change off my list of things to do. Nice that they offer you complimentary coke, water, etc. too. And they cleaned my windshield and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Highly recommend!

Great service all around, I asked for the basic oil change and they offer free additions, so the value is there. They use Chevron parts that seem to fulfill industry standards. There's a feeling of trust at this place.

1pm on a Wednesday, couple cars ahead of me but did not wait long. Outstanding customer service by all that worked on my car and communicated with me. Offered complimentary beverages, we accepted water and hot chocolate. Fair priced.

I've been taking both my cars here since 2019, and I am impressed with the customer service every time. Unfortunately the most recent service resulted in a small oil leak, so I took the car back, and they found the leak (faulty oil filter) and fixed it. They also gave me a bottle of de-greaser to clean the oil from my concrete garage floor. Despite the slight inconvenience of having to go back a second time, I am still pleased with the service, and I will continue taking my vehicles there.

I usually do my own oil changes and am pretty diligent about doing them on time. I stopped at this location approximately 6 months ago because I didn't have time to do the oil change myself. I did a basic oil change with them. Which should've been oil and filter replacement. They also shown me a "sample" of my transmission fluid, which was green in color when it should've been red/brown. The folks here are friendly and service was relatively quick. However my car's undercarriage cover ripped a few days after the service, so the mechanics did not properly take it off and bolt it back on during the oil change

I asked for the cheapest oil for the oil change and that's what they gave me! They did not try to upsell me and the customer service was all around awesome!
