I've used this place for both personal and work vans because they're fast while maintaining the quality. I like how they're transparent with what they're doing and if you decline a add on service they top off the liquids to ensure you're in the best place. It can be pretty backed up but I think it's with the wait. Price is reasonable. And the crew is always super nice and informative.
It seems as though management has raised their staff salaries to perhaps attract better quality people, although there seems to be a very high turnover and less trained people working on your car. That honestly worries me. I may have to take my vehicles to an actual mechanic to get ASE certified guys for service. It's too bad because oil stop's business model was convenient. $$$$ Expensive, but convenient. Now, it's just not worth it.
Excellent service every time I go there employees are courteous thoughtful the only thing that I don't like about it is that when you tell him you're just there for an oil change they push everything on you or they try and it could be annoying but other than that it's good price and take an SUV it's easier to have them do it then you do it yourself so again I give him five stars excellent review
The most important quality for auto care is trustworthiness/reliability. I was told my fluids would be topped off. I specifically noted my coolant was low, and was assured it would be topped off. I declined an offer for a full radiator flush. When I got home, I was notified my coolant was low, with risk of engine damage. Sure enough, upon inspection, coolant was very low. What happened to you guys??? I've been coming here for DECADES - yes, since 2005 when I first moved to the area. Loved the honesty, thoroughness of service and the no-pressure attitude. The higher prices were worth it because they had built trust over a long period of time. Over the last few years, it's all gone downhill. Prices stayed high which is OK but the level of service and attention to detail are GONE. Staff member was rude when asking discount. I hope only this particular person who answer the phone. I won't dare to go there.
took an hour to change my oil these guys standing around the whole time and it cost 109 for the oil change that only will last 3000 miles and a new air filter. I do not plan on returning to this place.
