1pm on a Wednesday, couple cars ahead of me but did not wait long. Outstanding customer service by all that worked on my car and communicated with me. Offered complimentary beverages, we accepted water and hot chocolate. Fair priced.
I've been taking both my cars here since 2019, and I am impressed with the customer service every time. Unfortunately the most recent service resulted in a small oil leak, so I took the car back, and they found the leak (faulty oil filter) and fixed it. They also gave me a bottle of de-greaser to clean the oil from my concrete garage floor. Despite the slight inconvenience of having to go back a second time, I am still pleased with the service, and I will continue taking my vehicles there.
I usually do my own oil changes and am pretty diligent about doing them on time. I stopped at this location approximately 6 months ago because I didn't have time to do the oil change myself. I did a basic oil change with them. Which should've been oil and filter replacement. They also shown me a "sample" of my transmission fluid, which was green in color when it should've been red/brown. The folks here are friendly and service was relatively quick. However my car's undercarriage cover ripped a few days after the service, so the mechanics did not properly take it off and bolt it back on during the oil change
I asked for the cheapest oil for the oil change and that's what they gave me! They did not try to upsell me and the customer service was all around awesome!
I am a San Mateo resident and have passed this place numerous times over the years. I am normally a Jiffy Lube customer. I've been putting my oil change off for weeks now, so stopped here today since it was convenient. The service experience was alright and the employees were nice, but the 1:15ish minute wait for an oil change is absolutely absurd. Great experience! Came here on Friday afternoon, service is first come first serve. There are three garages to wait in line for to get serviced. Upon pulling up they offered a free drink and complimentary back window clean. All the employees are incredibly nice. I got conventional ($63.99) per their recommendation and paid a grand total of $59.90 (incl. $10 off coupon from the website).
