Okay I always get my oil changed here! They have good prices and reliable service! I never feel bamboozled here like I do with other auto mechanics. They provide service with honesty and educate you on what's happening to your car. (Being a woman you get swindled so much with auto mechanics!) Tip: They offer drinks while you wait in your car. This place is the best oil change establishment around however because of this lines and wait times can be astronomically long. For 4 weeks in a row I kept getting "we are short staffed so your wait time is about two hours". Those are the times when I have to go jiffy lube down the street Staffing seems to be the only issue. If they had a recruiter and this place would be a five

We always have all our cars oil change done here. The guys know what they're doing , very professional. If there's a wait, they offer refreshments to their clients. We recommend people to have their oil change done here . Great job guys !!

My regular mechanic was booked for 2 weeks so I decided to try Oilstop. I've driven by it many times and decided to give it a try on a rainy 8AM Saturday morning. There are 3 bays and 4 cars/trucks waiting for it to open. I was 2nd in line for one of the bays. I was offered a complimentary beverage during my wait. I'm glad I came early because there were queue lines after I drove into the bay. Service was good. They aired up my tires and checked the fluids. I declined the extras. First time coming here - I typically go to the dealer, but I'm sold on this place! Very friendly and professional service. Kept me informed of everything they were doing. Two cars were ahead of me and they told me it would be about 45 minutes and it was just under. They offered me something to drink more than once. There was a shift change and I was introduced to the next service person. Very impressed with everything about this service!

This place went downhill fast. Poor customer service, short-staffed: I have gone there twice in the last week, but have long wait times even when there's a couple of cars being serviced. Most of the young staff seem not interested in being there.
