I come here for all my car maintenance, love this place. Not sleazy at all! Jeremiah is amazing! I'm writing this as I'm getting my oil and transmission changed. Super informative, sweet and honest! Thank you so much!
Excellent service! Over the top friendly, non-pushy, and FAST. I live in LA and wish that Oilstop was down south. Water, coffee, soda while you wait. My brother in law recommended them to me, and I'm stoked he did. Don't forget to use your Yelp 10% off coupon.

The staff here was extremely nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I like how they talk through the service and show you the insides of what they're doing as part of the oil change. Talked to 3 of the workers and they were all so very kind. You don't see awesome service like this that much. Plus, they keep offering drinks. This was my first time here and definitely will be back.

Here right now waiting in car. So might as well write a review. Guys here are very professional and sound like they know what they are doing. Offered me water soda and coffee. I will definitely be coming back
Staff here was so friendly! They greeted me immediately when I drove up telling me the wait time, and that I didn't have to leave my car. So I was able to sit there and read my book! They offered me a beverage which I declined. May take them up on it next time. They kept me posted with each step, and also tried to upsell me. :) As I was waiting, I watched as one of the techs (done with his shift), and as he was leaving, stopped by the fridge of sodas and proceeded to load his backpack with Cokes meant for customers. I come here all the time. The staff is well trained, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I like that they set expectations with regards to wait times. Jeremiah, Ethan and Jose gave me amazing service yesterday; what more could you ask for? Yes they offer you stuff - it's part of their job and requirements. I've visited them 7x with no issues and always make me feel like a valued customer.

Was loyal customer for 10 years. Brought my truck back into to Oil Stop after a few thousand miles because it was severely leaking oil that they serviced!! Tech looked @ it for 1 minute and gave some b.s. story that filter was fine and sent me away?!?! Brought to dealership for oil change a week later and leak was gone after basic oil change!! Oil Stop techs failed to properly install basic Toyota filter. 100% failure on proper seal for Toyota Tundra here. Sent me away because they really weren't interested in a return custo... read more

Great experience. Staff very warm, polite, professional. They walk you through every step, show you the new and the old parts being replaced. Offer complimentary beverages throughout. Recommended services, replacement parts but I did not feel pressured to do any of them. Upfront about how long the wait might be when you get there. All-and-all a great experience, I have no complaints, would definitely come back assuming prices don't change significantly (which has happened for follow-up visits at competing shops).
