The estimate was given to member of condo association and forwarded to other members for review and clearance to schedule work. The estimate of $2,400 was given to replace 2 separate downspouts on home - each ~35'. The estimate was passed on considering access to downspouts was not an issue and the cost of all materials was equal to under $200 and repair was done personally in less than 2 hours.

We reached out to you, spoke about your project and the next steps - in our opinion - were for you to get back in touch with us because you weren't sure if you wanted to move forward or not. We never heard from you. In the event we have this wrong, we certainly apologize. We document each interaction with our potential customers; and what we have in our records is quite different from what you mentioned in your review. Again, if we're wrong we apologize.
I wanted the provider to look at my roof and recommend a repair / replace. They were not able to help. <br />

<p>I will never use them. I had difficulties getting them coming out to do an estimate. When they finally came their prices were at least 30-percent higher than other estimates that I had. If the company can't provide adequate services while doing an estimate I sure as h*ll don't want them doing a $17,000 job. I would not recommend them. Their customer service was lousy. Their pricing is excessive. I got an apology. </p>

Essentially they never followed through with a proposal and kept us waiting for weeks, implying it was coming. It was a huge waste of our time and definitely a disappointment. <br />

Disappointed about how unprofessional each individual I have been interacting with has been, from the phone dispatcher to the person who came to give me an estimate, and later (recently) with production. I feel that they have wasted my time. <br />

Extensive damage to my elderly mother's house from the past winter?s storm-mostly on the total east side of the house-minor on west side. Repairs to roof and house interior comes to $30,000 plus. The insurance company's assessor noted, while checking damage to shingles from the storm that dormers and wall flashing on east looks old, that some nails were exposed and the ridge cap on the sun porch peak needs to be redone. We completed the work on your home on December 17, 2013. On June 24, 2015 you called us citing issues with your roof and we dispatched a technician on July 2nd. Our technician concluded the damage was due to ice dams and ice dam removal and that further work had been done to the roof by a different contractor.
