I decided not to use them because they were very late showing up for the quote, their price was too high, and they didn't seem to want the job. I guess they only want to do roofs?

If a gutter is damaged or defective, there is no way to guarantee it without replacing it. Since we stand behind all of our work, we do not repair gutters, and nowhere do we advertise that we do. Unfortunately Angie's List provides only a dual category for Gutter Repair & Replacement. This is something that we have been told they are looking into changing for the sake of accuracy.
Representative was responsive in terms of scheduling and roofing house and a small shed in the backyard. Estimated work time 1 1/2 days. Workers arrived at approximately 7:30 AM and worked into dusk. The job finished in one day. Workers seemed rushed by foreman. Clean-up done at dusk. Clean up was horrible. They left a lot of wood debris, nails and metal shards. Well the time they took to put the new roof on was excellent, but they took over my elderly neighbor's driveway without any consideration, with their vehicles and the debris from my roof. They started at 7:30 AM and were still parked in their driveway at 8:45 AM with no regard to my neighbors, never mind to me because my driveway was occupied by one of their vehilces and a mountain of debris. O'LYN'S QUOTE WAS THREE TIMES HIGHER THAN THE NEAREST PRICE. THE HIGHEST PRICE QUOTED WAS AROUNG $3000. THEIR PRICE WAS ALMOST $9000. OUTRAGEOUS!!!
THEY WERE LAX IN THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP WELL (E.G. I HAD TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEY LEFT, DOZENS OF NAILS AND OTHER DEBRIS). THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS.
I HAD THEM PRICE THE ROOF FOR ME. THERE PRICE WAS 2.5 TO 3 TIMES HIGHER THAN 3 OTHER QUOTES. I DID NOT USE THEM.
