Great experience with the staff at Online Hearing. Beat my expectations in getting aids with poor battery life replaced. Also, staff configured new Rogers on In device to improve speech discrepancy hearing issues.
My buying experience was awesome. All my questions were answered and everyone I spoke with was very professional. I called for some service questions 3 days after receiving my new hearing aids and scheduled a call with a tech the next business day. That appointment was a better then ever going to see a physical person. They were able to perform a test on each device and tweak where needed in a very quick manner. A huge thanks to your entire team for everything they do.
