These folks have been great to deal with. Always a live person to talk to and very helpful. Got my hearing aids in 3 days and they made an adjustment online within hours of receiving them. I have been experiencing hearing loss on my left ear for years. I was recently prescribed a hearing aid to balance my hearing. Hearing loss is an irreparable condition and hearing aids are a poor substitute for that loss. Nevertheless, a poor substitute is better than no substitute. In that regard, I have utilized a series of local hearing offices and various manufacturers with disappointing results.
