I ordered a pair of hearing aids at a great price. Much less than I was expecting. However, they just didn't fit right regardless of anything we tried. I am returning them for another pair that should work. They have returned my calls quickly when I've called and have answered any questions I have had. So far, this has been a very good experience.

My audiologist quoted me 6K for the Phonak Paradise - The savings from Online Hearing was amazing. Fast, accurate and friendly service. My new hearing aids came pre-programmed and delivered exceptional sound right out of the box. Very highly recommended.

I'm a very happy customer of Online Hearing. I purchased my hearing aids at a great price and it's staff has provided me with great service after my purchase. Unfortunately, I recently lost one of my hearing aids and called Online Hearing to what I needed to do to replace. Turns out the hearing aids were still under warranty and I was able to get a replacement for just the modest deductible. We did not start out well because about three weeks went by without seeing the Hearing Aid be delivered. After my son calling you, we found out you had called me and I did not answer because I could not hear well on the phone. This resolved everything went just great Thank you.

I bought my equipment in April of '17 and these folks continue to provide service above and beyond. Both Marisol and David have been exceptional in listening to my needs and making appropriate adjustments to my equipment. I cannot recommend this company enough. For great prices AND service, you won't find better.
