Once I looked at the YouTube videos to show the proper way to insert my devices into my ears a whole new world of clarity opened up to me. The first day of usage I left them in from 12 noon to 7 PM. Great product, great price and follow-up was excellent!
Pre-sale, sales and fulfillment were prompt and very professional. However, the programming was not as requested and I was not contacted about any problems. (I'll resolve the programming requests with my audiologist.) Yes, I'd return, but with more clarity around the programming.

It was good except the product was on back order a long time. I had told everyone that I would like them back because I had 12 people staying at my house for 1 week. I did receive them finally during the week of my reunion.

I like the concept of online programming and adjustments. I was pleasantly surprised with the initial programming results and believe it to be as good as those I have received in an audiologist's office. There are still many adjustments to be made to give me better hearing results but I am encouraged so far.
