We did not start out well because about three weeks went by without seeing the Hearing Aid be delivered. After my son calling you, we found out you had called me and I did not answer because I could not hear well on the phone. This resolved everything went just great Thank you.

Once I looked at the YouTube videos to show the proper way to insert my devices into my ears a whole new world of clarity opened up to me. The first day of usage I left them in from 12 noon to 7 PM. Today my 2nd day I left them in from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. No problems at all. My wife and I met my daughter for lunch at a restaurant.
