Pre-sale, sales and fulfillment were prompt and very professional. However, the programming was not as requested and I was not contacted about any problems. (I'll resolve the programming requests with my audiologist.) Yes, I'd return, but with more clarity around the programming.

It was good except the product was on back order a long time. I had told everyone that I would like them back because I had 12 people staying at my house for 1 week. I did receive them finally during the week of my reunion.

The customer service I received in ordering my hearing aids was exceptional! Received excellent support in selecting my devices, fully answered all of my questions about the product, and provided ongoing status of my order. My new hearing aids were delivered several days before I expected them and the package contained everything I needed to prepare and use them. I like the concept of online programming and adjustments. I was pleasantly surprised with the initial programming results and believe it to be as good as those I have received in an audiologist's office. There are still many adjustments to be made to give me better hearing results but I am encouraged so far.

Cost and delivery online beat audiology clinic hands down. So far, so good. I’ve only had them a few days so can’t comment on long term warranty or service. Customer service thus far has been great. We were shipped an incorrect accessory but they were very prompt to correct the error.
