Ordering was very easy and I received my order quickly.
Just got mine from the VA. Too soon to tell, so far so good....The background tinnitus frequency that is generated really works. The ringing doesn't go away but it helps make it much more tolerable. Will write more soon.

Competent advisor taking as much time as I needed to make the right choice in hearing aids. Not a hard sell approach but showed that he really wanted to make the appropriate decisions. Hopefully I won't be returning the devices but the 60 day full refund trial period is comforting.
Even with a $1000 insurance benefit through my Medicare Advantage plan, the price I paid through Online Hearing was still cheaper than going through insurance (which required that I use their provider). The ordering process was very easy and the customer service was very good. The follow-up telephone session with the audiologist allowed the hearing aids to be adjusted remotely and the subsequent sound quality is much improved.
Living in Germany I decided to order my Paradise P90R at onlinehearing. Today they arrived and everything is okay. The contact with onlinehearing was really good. I had special wishes concerning the shipping to Germany and the team was very patient with me. I can recommend the shop!!!
