No problems with ordering. People were friendly and helpful. Called back after I received aids and they solved issue. Went to an audiologist before ordering who sold the phonak aids I bought and wanted over twice as much for exact same pair.
It was easy to order the hearing aids for a trial period. Matthew was very helpful. Delivery was prompt. It is a little different dealing with such a technical product over the phone. That is an issue that will take some getting used to. Having used hearing aids previously, I have general understanding of how they work.
Follow up support from Marisol & Matt was very thorough & timely. Answered all of my questions. They provided me with the ability to successfully install a new Signia product which was one of the first of the Active Pro Hearing Aids marketed in this country, The knowledge & support they offered was extremely helpful on a model that had just been launched 10 days ago. This was the third model that I had tried. I love the new device.
I don't usually do the review thing. However, I am so impressed with the professionalism and no b.s. conversations with Mathew my sales representative that here it is. I was quoted a price of nearly 7000.00 for the Phonak Audieo rechargeable aids by my local audiologist. Mathew got me the same aids + extra charger and battery pack for less than half of that! I have been thoroughly impressed from the beginning communications through to the actual support of my hearing aids. So very convenient. I have communicated with them by phone, text, and email and all have been very responsive. I love my new hearing aids and the technology that my older hearing aids did not have. They conducted the hearing test/audiogram and programmed my hearing aids before sending to me all through my phone. Would absolutely recommend and the price was amazing!!
I got the hearing aids on Thursday and they arrived in very good condition plus the TV and Mic, I have figured out most of what I need and I am very pleased with the quality and performance, I feel you have done a fantastic job of setting them up, it is very nice to walk our dog and hear the birds again, I am amazed at how much I have been compensating my sense of hearing for pride, what foolish old men do to hold on to nothing. I have had great support from the staff and the Signia Styletto 7X Hearing Aids are ahead of the times for technology and quality. I love the direct connect to my I Phone for calls and streaming. the sound is much sharper then with my previous hearing aids. I can appreciate music now with clear voice and instrument sounds like i did in my younger days. I can also understand the voice of my wife and grandchildren much better. I was very pleased with the service ,quality, and most of all pricing....I tried to buy here in Ocala, Fl but for the same brand and model they were $4000 higher here in town....I have referred friends that have bought and very pleased...this is the real deal....Ted Dunlap
