I currently wear a Phonak 90 and am looking to upgrade my hearing aid to a Phonak Audeo M Marvel M90-312. Based upon this, I am somewhat sophisticated as a second-time purchaser. Matt of Online Hearing has been assisting me, and I consider myself fortunate to have his expertise. He has been very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Online and Phonak should be proud to have him represent them. I live in CA and without hesitation would recommend Online Hearing.

Knowledgeable, friendly, competent service describes my experience with Online Hearing. I was very apprehensive to by online. What product quality and service would I get? Found Online Hearing while browsing the web. They carried the Phonak aids I wanted and at a terrific price. I spoke with Joe, who was knowledgeable and patient and ordered the aids. They arrived as promised and Joe tested my hearing remotely and remotely programed the aids. I had some additional questions and needed assistance setting up an online account with Phonak with the assistance of Joe and Matt. They've been very professional, helpful and patient and I highly recommend them.
